Great house, easy location, and enough beds for all of us. Kitchen is great for cooking special meals (we have children with food allergies). WiFi worked well. My daughters loved the ping pong table. Parking in the garage was a nice option too.

Excellent stay if you need surgery at Abbott.

Excellent stay! Very good communication with the host. Spacious and clean house. Nice neighborhood. Close to Abbott Northwestern and other restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Stay

The location of the property was ideal close to everything. The decoration of the property was really nice. I enjoyed my stay. I will say the only few downsides was that the bathroom shower downstairs was the worst, a new shower head is needed. Couldn’t take a real befitting shower due to the shower head not properly working. And the other downside was the yard was so unkept couldn’t make use of the grassy area because it was so bushy and I was afraid if I go down into the grassy area I will get bitten by something. Those two things was the only negative thing; overall I did enjoy my stay at the property the neighborhood is a very quiet area. I don’t mind booking at this property again in the future.

Good location and neighborhood. Ping pong table was fun. Satisfactory facilities and appliances. Easy access. But…Less than appealing decor. Stains on sheets and pillowcases. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, and no dishwasher detergent. Kitchen chairs assembled wrong and couldn’t be used. Overall, poor value.

Terrible Communication and No Concern for Safety

The property management company was terrible and didn't provide any help with refunds due to a winter storm. The owner of the property failed to communicate with me directly at and refused to provide any kind of refund for our stay. We were physically unable to check in and we gave advance notice. I would refrain from booking any properties with Evolve Management or this location. Waste of your time.

Just what was needed for a family event

First, Najah was responsive to our followups and even had a family member drop off a garage door opener and a water pitcher on Friday night- thank you. The accommodations were quite good, the ping-pong table was utilized and the air conditioner worked just fine. Finally, communications were not a challenge for us! As for suggestions, maybe an instructional manual for technology disadvantaged people on using the cable would be helpful, but frankly, we were not there to watch cable. Also, maybe a few more utensils in the kitchen would be nice. Again, just suggestions. We would definitely use this home again in the future, especially with proximity to the Minneapolis center area and responsiveness of the owner. Arthur Barrett

Comfortable Accomodations

We stayed in this unit for a weekend football game at the University of Minnesota. There were five of us who stayed in the house and it worked well. Check in was easy and working with Evolve team was great! The house itself was a bit dated and could use a few updates, but in general, it worked for five guys who attended a football game. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Use of the garage was nice to keep our vehicles out of the cold.
