Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM.
Please leave key on key hook by the door. Garbage is to be placed in garage (enter other door and slide barn door to see garbage cans.).
Please make sure the dishwasher is ran, make sure the thermostat is set at 70°F in winter / 75°F in summer and lights are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
