Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please wash and dry used sheets and towels. Dry items can be left in the dryer or folded and put back where they came from.
All garbage should be taken out to the dumpster in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No fireworks are allowed on the property. No open fires on the property of any kind. The outdoor fireplace can be used if conditions are safe.
All dog waste must be picked up, put in sealed bag and put in the garbage can before you leave the property; that is not included in the cleaning fee

We love our lake home - we have many great memories there when our kids were younger. We really want other families and individuals to make great memories there also. It is very well located for hunters as well.

Why they chose this property

This was undeveloped land when we purchased it in 2008. When we hiked through the ravine to get to the property we were amazed by the view. We knew it was the perfect place for our lake home. My husband is a civil engineer; he not only built the house, he developed the land including the driveway and road to the boat dock. I don't know which he enjoyed more - he has a real connection with this property.

What makes this property unique

The location provides an awesome view of Lewis & Clark Lake, it is private but close to boat landing. The house is set up to accommodate two families or one large family and there are awesome views from everywhere. There are two patios, living areas, fully equipped kitchens & laundry units. I have stayed in rental units and have found the kitchens are pretty sparse so i have made sure both kitchens are fully equipped. The deck has a Blackstone griddle, smoker and there is a smoker on the patio on the lower level too. There are many TV's and good internet service throughout the property. The house is comfortable and easy to live in. This is one of the few properties that has access to the lake and has a boat dock that is shared with only one neighbor. This makes getting on the lake quick and easy.
