Lovely setting for this comfortable home designed for large groups. Special aspects include starry skies, spacious decks, a variety of wildlife, peace and quiet, and cattle on the road. We had a great stay and our family gathering was easy to host.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at The Eldorado Lodge! Our lake access point is best suited for launching kayaks or tossing out a fishing line. We suggest using water shoes if you are going to wade or swim because the shore is rocky and there is no sand. We have some pics of the shoreline in our property photos.

Beautiful house with outstanding views of the Missouri River. Saw deer, turkey and other wildlife. Very peaceful and inviting surroundings that was great for just hanging out with kids and grandkids. Large dining room table easily seats 12 for those family meals.

A beautiful property with outstanding views. Access to water and close to the Lewis and Clark recreation area makes it a great property for any activity you want to participate in. Our family enjoyed the cleanliness and serenity of the area. Definitely a property off the beaten path but the peace and location was exactly what we loved about it.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cabinet for our spring break getaway! What fantastic views of the lake and a beautiful area around the cabin. The cabin was clean and a joy to be in! The hosts were very attentive and checked in on us after it snowed to make sure we were going to be ok getting out. A great place to stay and we highly recommend it!

This property had all of the amenities that we needed to have a great weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and the host provided excellent instructions on everything from getting to the property to the use of appliances, etc. The view was the star of the show and our group spent as much time as possible on the deck attempting to solve all the world's problems. This property is definitely the place to go if you need/want an escape from the daily grind.

If you are looking to get away from the busy city life and just relax and enjoy some beautiful scenery then this your place. The views of the water, the wildlife, and the house itself are amazing. The place was well stocked so we had all our meals at the house. If you want to go out, Yankton is only 15 minutes away. The cleanliness of the house was also wonderful. Hats off to the cleaning crew! JD was easy to get a hold of if we needed him and he communicated well with us on our check in and when we checked out. We had 3 couples during our stay. Sometimes after a vacation you feel like you need a vacation from your vacation because you are exhausted. We left the Eldorado house relaxed and refreshed. I have stayed at many places over the years but this one was one of the best. We are already talking about coming back next year.

The house was beautiful and welcoming. They had lights on for us and we were able to access the property easily. The directions to the house were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped to accommodate our meal preparation. We would definitely stay again!

Great home for a family retreat. Kitchen was terrific for the family meals we prepared. Living room was perfect size for downtime and socializing. Had a large dining table to accommodate the family ( hard to find at a lot of properties). The view…..what can I say-AMAZING.
