Hola Luxura. Lamento su descontento por quedarse en nuestra propiedad. Desde su llegada nunca recibimos ningún tipo de reclamo de su parte de todo lo que acá nos informa. Entendemos que El hecho que hubiéramos cobrado el fee de Limpiesa extra haya traído su inconformidad, pero comprenderá que cuando uno renta o alquila una propiedad y se causan daños, uno debe ser responsable de los daños causados. En su caso, el manchar de tinte rojo no solo uno sino todas las duchas de baños de la propiedad. Nuestro cobro es referente a la limpieza que a hoy no ha sido posible retirar del piso y las paredes. Sin embargo, agradecemos su estadía en nuestra propiedad y lamentamos no haber cumplido con sus expectativas. Aclaramos de igual manera que no estamos solo en esta plataforma y es la primera vez que debemos hacer cobro extra de limpieza por daños ocasionados.
