This beachfront home was totally remodeled and beautifully decorated in 2026, comes fully-stocked, has awesome amenities (beach gear, outdoor bar, arcade games, game consoles, sauna, and more!), is situated on your very own 22 feet of private beach, and offers easy access to all the dining and attractions of Destin and Miramar Beach!

Each of the six bedrooms features new furniture, new Helix Midnight Luxe mattresses, smart TVs, and stylish decor. The four full bathrooms + the half bathroom are sparkling clean and carefully decorated to provide a charming space to freshen up.

Green Reef 1 is located in the heart of Destin on the quiet and golf-cart-friendly Scenic Gulf Drive and features wide sidewalks for walking and biking plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

Many restaurants within walking distance or a short golf cart or car ride away including:

✹ Captain Dave's on the Gulf, Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's,
✹ Camille's at Crystal Beach, Soleil, Beach Walk Café, Pazzo Italiano, Miller's Ale House, Ruby Slipper Café, Marble Slab Creamery, Horizon's and the Rooftop Bar at The Henderson Resort are all ~2 miles away
✹ Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 3 miles away: loads of shopping and dining including Carrabba's, Big Bad Breakfast, and over 50 outlet shops!

✹ No parties or loud music - we are really proud of this beach home, and we love sharing it with our guests. However, please know that it is not a party house. Green Reef is a small and quiet townhome community, and the quiet hours of 10 PM - 8 AM are strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding!
✹ No smoking
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - in the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: one hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. If you want the peace of mind, I highly recommend purchasing the optional travel insurance at the time of booking. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
