Cette maison de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain en bord de mer a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e et situĂ©e Ă  quelques pas de la plage et de l'avenue historique Flagler. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  distance de marche des restaurants, des boutiques, des bars et de la meilleure plage de Floride. La maison dispose d'un salon de bonne taille avec un grand canapĂ© pour regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision, ou tout simplement se dĂ©tendre et lire un livre aprĂšs la plage. La cuisine complĂšte a tout ce dont vous avez besoin si vous aimez cuisiner et aussi une table pour dĂźner. La chambre principale a un lit king avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et beaucoup d'espace bureau et placard.
La salle de bain complÚte a une douche et une baignoire et est située dans le couloir à cÎté des deux chambres. La deuxiÚme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Le porche arriÚre est fermé avec votre propre laveuse et sécheuse, et une vue sur la cour arriÚre fermée. Pour griller ou simplement vous détendre aprÚs une longue journée. Sweet little spot

Amazing little house near to plenty of restaurant shopping and the beach within walking distance which was super nice not having to drive to. House was very cozy and welcoming,

Amazing As always

This is our third stay and everything was perfect. The location is the one of the best in the area so close to everything. Our pups loved the backyard. Can't wait to book our next stay

Great Proximity to Beach & Flagler Ave

Just a brief walk to the beach and Flagler Ave made this a great spot. The house could use some updating but it was as advertised and we had no issues and a nice stay. It’s a bit loud at night being adjacent to one of the downtown pubs/eateries but worth it for the location!

Location, location, location!

A short walk to Flagler Ave and the beach. Restaurants are convenient along with fun shops to please everyone’s likes! Watched the Mardi Gras parade and enjoyed it very much! My only request is it would be nice to have a couple of beach chairs available to use on the beach.

NSB Cottage

The location of this property makes up for any negative! The house was well stocked and comfortable. Our pup loved the daily walks all over NSB and the back yard for running off energy. We loved the proximity to Flagler Ave and all it has to offer, as well as the super short walk to the beach. The only negative I can think of is that the back yard area could be spruced up a bit to make sitting on the back patio more enjoyable. Communication with management was excellent. Overall, a great 2 week’s escape from the cold in a comfortable NSB cottage!

Love this place !

This is our second stay and we can wait to book another visit. This place is perfectly located to the beach and all the action on Flagler The backyard is an oasis for our pup. Everything you need is located in the house. It is definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting our family in Edgewater!!

This was the perfect location in New Smyrna Beach! We felt right at home when we walked in the door! The location was amazing! The lock box was a little tricky but 5 stars all around! We will definitely be back!

Great location!

The house is literally less than a block away from multiple restaurants, shops, and the beach! House was clean. Only a couple less than ideal things. There’s a sticky plant in the front and back yard, it hurts, they got on my clothes, shoes, and the dogs. We had to use tweezers to pull them out of the dogs paw pads and we weren’t sure which plants had this so it was hard to avoid. There’s not many outlet plugs and the air conditioner can’t be turned down below 74 and we run hot. We were going to try to use fans but with minimal outlet plugs we couldn’t do that. Also, this was our first VRBO rental and we didn’t know what all to expect. There wasn’t any extra toilet paper or trash bags to use. Not sure if that’s standard or not. Otherwise, the house is cute. There’s access to streaming services and Wi-Fi.

So convenient

My perfect vacation is to come in, park my car and not use it again unless it’s to go get groceries. This house fits that bill. It’s comfortable and so close to beach and restaurants. We did have some construction noise behind us this trip ( you back up to parking for restaurants), but that is something that wouldn’t be happening on a regular basis.

Perfect Getaway

This house has it all. Very clean, fully stocked, and close to all the hot spots in New Smyrna!! I was on a working vacation so I couldn't enjoy the sites much, but my daughter and husband easily walked to Flagler Ave every day for food and shopping. The backyard was perfect for our dog to play and enjoy his vacation Definitely will be our go to place to stay everytime we visit my parents!!

Yes and No!

Comfortable beds. ‘Fenced in back yard’ is a disaster! Just a lot of sand and prickly burrs- horrible. Trash piled back of garage (beer cans etc). Step into outdoor patio not up to code, very easy to misjudge stepping down and falling. Dog bed and laundry drying rack broken and unusable! All appliances were fine. Lots of extra blankets provided which were MUCH appreciated! All in all it’s a nice place in need of a lot of rehab and TLC.

Labor Day Get a way

We made this booking as a last minute reservation for Labor Day weekend. It worked out great. Close to all the action on Flagler ave and short walk to beach. Small house but ample room for everyone.

Great location

Just what we needed for us and our two puppies. Located near everything we wanted to do. Close to my niece and her family, restaurants, shops and the New Smyrna Beach Dunes dog park. Nice having a fenced in yard for the puppies. Glad we had a washer and dryer to use.

Walking distance to beach and restaurants

Property was as described. This is a typical Florida block house across the street from the beach. There are several restaurants within an easy walk. The street is right behind Flagler Ave , so it’s pretty busy at times. Only had a couple of days where it was noisy, otherwise, it was surprisingly quiet. Would stay again
