I started hosting in September 2025. I really enjoy the entire aspect of making a house feel like a home away from home. I was traveling with my mother and we would stay in short term rentals around the country and there were certain things I would search for in the places we stayed. So when I planned this property, I put all the aspects in this house that we wanted in our stays.
Why they chose this property
We love Clear Lake. It’s a great area with so many different restaurants, shopping, recreational areas and it just keeps growing and changing. Next we’re getting a new amphitheater right next to the Great Wolf Lodge and Grand Parkway will be extended into the area. We constantly have new restaurants opening, new stores. It’s great; we just love it.
What makes this property unique
The property was my parents and it has just gone thru a complete and total renovation. So even though it’s essentially new, I’ve incorporated a few old books and several vintage items here and there just to make it visually appealing. A place to relax and be comfortable but visually interesting in a good vibe kind of way.
