It’s a beautiful property, I love the fenced in pool so my kids couldn’t wonder into it by themselves. The whole house was very clean. I paid the same price for a whole house that I would have paid for a room at a hotel on the strip. I loved our whole stay and we would love to come back again.

Great house for families!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious with plenty of rooms/beds and the kids loved the swimming pool & games. And it was close to the strip for our outings. The host replied promptly when I messaged her and made sure everything was good for our stay. Will definitely want to stay again in the future.

good location very close to north end of strip with close easy access to I-15 to get to other parts of strip and airport. Five smart TVs. Comfortable beds. Nice well equipped kitchen. Good washer/dryer. Owner Valerie was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. Was there for 2 weeks with no problems.

Perfect base for Vegas adventures

We were a family (couple celebrating 25th wedding anniversary) with our adult children and their partners - six of us in total. The house was a perfect base for our Vegas adventures - a short uber drive to the Strip, walkable to Denny's and other food outlets for meals. The house is super spacious, with comfy beds, plenty of seating, a well set up kitchen, loads of towels, toiletries, dishwasher & laundry tabs etc. The pool and outdoor space was great and was cleaned three times during our stay. We had no issues at all and our hosts were responsive and helpful. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this great place to stay if you are visiting Vegas.

Definitely not sweater weather

The home was perfect and clean. You can see the lights of Vegas from the kitchen window at night...along with many fireworks on 7/4. The pool was nice and refreshing from the heat. We ordered pizza from Pieology and the kids said it is the best pizza ever. The neighborhood is quiet and we didnt see many people outside (probably due to the july heat). We had a family movie afternoon in the large bedroom with 2 double beds and a couch. It was a perfect home for what we needed.

Perfect for staying in Vegas on a budget with kids

My family and I stayed here with 2 children under 2. The listing is very accurate. We loved how close it was to the Palace Station casino (3 minute walk). It was a new place for us to discover as we were visiting while on a budget for a cheer competition. There were a few places to eat within walking distance as well (5 to 10 min walks) - McDonald's, Denny's, Mexican restaurant [not good], breakfast spots, etc. This was a pleasant surprise. The back door does not lock so there is a make-shift pole used to block any intruders from entering. Unfortunately, it was raining during the trip so we couldn't enjoy the pool or outside area. Some things are a bit smaller than the pictures show (pool table is mini, arcade game is mini, outside seating area is on the shorter/narrower side, one of the beds is really low to the ground). However, it fit all of our needs and communication from the owner was good. Plus, there was an easy-build crib for one of the little ones. We would stay here again!

Great for a family trip

Everybody had a great time at the home. Definitely a must stay when In Vegas. Family mentioned it had a very homelike feeling you do not get at a hotel. Prompt responses from Valerie. Great communication!

Great place

This house is a great place to stay while in Vegas. It was nice to be able to get away from the craziness of the strip and to some quiet. It was extremely accurate to the listings pictures and descriptions. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice size house in a great location.

The house is really close to the strip but far enough away to be in a quiet area. The house was nice and the backyard big enough for our dogs to run around and wear themselves out. The only suggestion I have is the pool should be cleaned on Friday’s instead of Tuesday’s. But we will definitely rent from them again.
