Welcome to our stylish 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome in Sterling, VA! This extensively renovated property features an open floor plan, perfect for friend groups and families with kids for up to 8 guests. Available for both short and long-term renting. Free parking also available! Located just minutes away from Dulles Airport (IAD), Dulles Town Center and several shopping and restaurant plazas, and just 45 minutes away from DC.

Our beautiful newly furnished home features 1 master bedroom with a full bathroom and a large walk-in closet, 2 cozy bedrooms with queen size beds, and an additional full bathroom, all on the second floor. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances like our Nespresso Pixie original coffee maker, a spacious dining and living rooms with a sofa bed, and a fire place. Enjoy the beautiful lake view from our recently renovated deck! Guests will have access to the first and second floors of the townhome. The basement unit is entirely separate and private.

We had a very nice three-night stay at this property. I believe we were the first guests to stay at this property so everything was brand new. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed (note to hosts: while the Nespresso was nice, we would have preferred a regular coffee maker, and a colander would be helpful). The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.Three bedrooms – one king size bed in master suite with private full bath and walk in closet, two bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bath in the hall. Note: all bedrooms are on second floor – not a problem for us but may be important for some. Entire upstairs (except bathrooms) had wall-to-wall carpet. Beds were comfortable – fairly firm, which we prefer.Communication with host was very efficient and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very clean and comfortable property. The host is prompt, responsive and helpful with any and all concerns. We visit family in this area frequently, but our family has grown to the point that we are no longer able to stay with family while in town. This was our first time renting a property rather than staying with family, and it was an overall very pleasurable experience. The house is typical for townhouses in the area, and it is freshly updated. All the facilities are well-maintained and the location is convenient to a myriad of attractions. It is located in a safe community and the neighborhood is inviting. The only issues we had during the stay were that the property does not include on-site laundry which is our fault for not reading the listing more closely, but there are several laundromat options in the area of varying caliber. The more important issue we had is that the basement of the property is rented to a separate tenant who is a long-term guest. Our 3 children are under 5 years old, and they do not understand noise levels and walking softly. We did our best to keep them quiet while on the first floor, but the basement tenant did eventually have words for us on day 2.5 of 5. We informed the owner who efficiently and professionally dealt with the basement tenant’s concerns, and the rest of our stay was incident free. Although this property does not really meet the needs of our family for future rentals, I would absolutely recommend it to smaller families.
