We really enjoyed our stay at Maple & Marigold and we plan on booking it for our next home visit. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. The security control access and physical barriers on the doors and windows were sufficient. The interior was very modern with nice flooring throughout the property, kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, etc. The agent, Katheleen, was a delight to work with because she was exceptionally always available and quickly responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. She made the booking, check-in and check-out process a smooth experience. Porchlit Properties are at the top of our list for our future bookings.

The home itself was well appointed and comfortable. The mattresses could use updating. It was like sleeping in a water bed. The whole place has a hint of the smell of weed. Not surprising considering the neighbors. Not a huge issue especially if you are into that sort of thing. The host was very communicative. There were LOTS of extra things to do like additional contracts and ID verification outside of the VRBO. It was annoying but not surprising or a huge deal.

When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me spending time with my family, hanging out with my dogs, experimenting in the kitchen, or unwinding with a good video game. I’m all about the little details and genuinely enjoy helping people have the best stay possible.

Travel plays a big part in my life, too — from honeymooning in Iceland, to exploring Mexico, to visiting family in Orlando and Gulf Shores. I know what it feels like to have an amazing stay, and that’s exactly the experience I aim to deliver to every guest.
