Set on a quiet, tree lined street in Bradley Beach, this renovated five bedroom home offers an elevated yet easygoing summer retreat. The ocean and Sylvan Lake are both just two blocks away, making beach days and morning walks effortless.

The open concept kitchen with high end finishes flows into bright, comfortable living spaces designed for relaxed time together. Multi zoned air conditioning, WiFi, smart TVs, and double capacity laundry provide seamless comfort throughout your stay.

The layout works beautifully for families and multi generational groups: a king primary suite with adjoining bonus room and convertible daybed, two queen bedrooms, and a children’s room with bunk beds and a pull out. All linens, including bath and beach towels, are provided.

Outside, a private backyard invites lingering summer evenings with a teak dining table, grill, outdoor shower, and cabana bar with darts. Four adult beach badges and beach essentials are included. Baby gates, a pack and play, high chair, and beach toys are available upon request.

This is a true single family home with no shared spaces, located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with a 10pm noise ordinance. It is best suited to guests who value a well cared for, respectful environment.

Amazing House! Perfect location!

The instant we walked in the house we were all blown away how beautiful it was! From the color pallet inside to the amazing succulents growing in the back yard everything was perfect! The kitchen was incredibly up to date with every modern convenience for a big family. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang around the house. Our favorite part was the backyard space where we were able to grill. Great location from the beach and a short walk to Asbury. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, we hope to stay there again in the future. It was such a great time!

Super house for a family reunion!

We stayed here for 2 nights for a cousins reunion. Everything was wonderful! The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and in a beautiful neighborhood of historic homes. The open concept space was clean, uncluttered, and perfect for gathering. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any implement a chef could want. Dagmar was always available by text and phone for any questions. We were so happy here for our weekend, and would recommend it to anyone looking to relax in a comfortable, upscale home. Make sure you go to brunch at the Buttered Biscuit Cafe!

Had a wonderful getaway weekend with friends in this truly charming beach house. Had everything you could you possibly need. Beds were so comfy, it really felt like home. The owners were in touch during our stay to see if we ever needed anything. We would definitely rent again!!

Clean, modern, and very kid-friendly

The house easily accommodated our large family. It was perfect for little kids, and there were even wagons which we used to tow the kids for the short walk to the beach. Our section of the beach was never crowded. And there are a number of restaurants and churches within walking distance. The home owners were friendly and responsive.

Fun beach house and accommodating hosts

This home is open, beachy, bright, updated, and very comfortable. Great location near the boardwalk, lake, restaurants and shopping. Helpful to have linens and towels provided. Hosts were very accommodating. Perfect for our out of town guests.

Such a beautiful, airy home. We loved it!

A beautiful oasis, perfect for families looking for a fun getaway to the beach

This house has it all! Great location (easy walk to the beach, etc). Gorgeous renovation of the entire first floor, abundant sleeping space that is all super cozy, and a beautiful (enclosed) back patio that is a perfect place to relax, grill, pick some home grown veggies and let the kids play. It is an absolutely perfect house for kids (fully loaded with baby gates, high chair, crib, and tons of beach stuff). Dagmar has thought of everything to make this house such a lovely spot. And she obviously cares a lot about making sure her guests have a wonderful time. Thank you, Dagmar!

Amazing, welcoming beach home!

This is the second consecutive year we have stayed in this home. Last year we were impressed in how clean and lovely the decor was. This year the newly decorated space was amazing. We are 3 couples with grown children so the open kitchen and dining let us enjoy each others company far more. The location of the house is perfect. Once we arrived and parked the car we were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We only needed to drive to the grocery store on 2 occassions and that was only a 5 minute drive. The home owners are lovely, having met them in person last summer, they truly want their renters to enjoy their home as much as they do. Dagmar is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns and had promptly returned my security deposit. I would not hesitate to rent this home again or recommend it to anyone else looking to vacation in Bradley Beach!

Gorgeous home close to the beach!

We had the most wonderful week staying at this property! The entire first floor has been gut renovated to perfection! It's the perfect size for our family getaway that includes a family of 8. Dagmar is so accommodating and easy to reach. The house has everything and is perfect for families with young children too with everything from toys, a crib, and plenty of beach equipment. It is truly a unique property!

Perfect Beach Vacation Home on the Shore!

The owners have done an excellent job priming this property for a family or group vacation. The home is incredibly inviting with a nicely landscaped garden in the front and a fabulous front porch ideal for relaxing or socializing after a great day at the beach. But the home only gets better once inside...the kitchen and floors are brand new and the home gets wonderful amounts of light; from a comforting and organic decor to new appliances and all the amenities, the remodel really allows for an enjoyable and open area to relax or be social. The dual zone air conditioning with modern NEST application to Sonos and speakers throughout the house, this place is perfect for a modern retreat to the shore. It is dialed! And the upstairs bedrooms are perfect for a group with 4 bedrooms of good size including a master with a bonus room perfect for the head of the house. The backyard complements the house so well...with a great grill and eating area, an outdoor shower that is private, and a large couch/sitting area paired with toys for children, a sandbox, a garden with organic fruits/herbs, this place has it all. And the beach gear offered with badges, bikes, and more...we could not have asked for a better spot to enjoy our family vacation. And didn't even mention the couple minute walk to the Beach! We recommend this home to any renter and offer huge kudos to the owners as they have designed a home ideal for a beach vacation or hang.

Great House, great location.

We were 3 seniors couples. Sleeping accommodations was very good. The memory foam mattresses were great. 2 zone AC also a plus. Back yard gardens were beautiful. As was the BBQ area. Although we didnt use the bbq, because nobody wanted to cook. And there are many good restaurants in the area. House was very clean.

Great home for family with young children

My family (2 adults and a 1 yr old) stayed for 4 nights. The house is exactly as described. Very bright and "beachy". Perfect for young kids as there is a baby gate at the stairs, locks in the kitchen, a crib, and lots of toys to take to the beach. The owners also left out some toys for our daughter to use in the house.

Great House with excellent light and great owners!!

I brought a large group of friends to this really nice house, two blocks from the beach. The house is well maintained and is as pictured in the photos. Its large and was able to accomodate our group, and we even were able to have 14 people sitting down at a dinner meal in the living room, with all of the tables and chairs in the house, so its great for groups of families, singles and couples. Dagmar is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful, responsive and flexible in dealing with things as they come up. We cant wait to go back next year!

We loved this house!

We are a large family that takes one week every summer to spend together down at the beach. This year we found this gem in Bradley Beach! Beautiful home, so close to a great beach, so many amenities, and now so many memories! A great week! The owners are so helpful and have done a wonderful job of thinking of everything. We, all 10 of us, would highly recommend renting this property!

A Gem of a Beach House

Such a charming beach house! The owner has provided every amenity you can imagine to make your stay comfortable, easy and fun -- from the provided towels/linens to the hip wifi stereo system to the outdoor lounge with firepit. The front porch is a little slice of heaven. The location is fantastic - short walk to the beach and good restaurants. The owner was lovely and helpful in all communications. My family thoroughly enjoyed a fun, relaxing week in this wonderful house and would return in a heartbeat!

Relaxing getaway weekend!

Our stay was lovely! The house was spacious, comfortable and super cute (including some really well done landscaping). With a huge backyard (w/ firepit, grill and plenty of seating), this house is perfect for entertaining (our crew had a lobster bake after a fun day bikeriding and enjoying the ocean), but is just a block from the ocean and boardwalk if you are looking to get outside. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends looking to unwind or enjoy time together.

The perfect escape!

We loved our time in your home last weekend - and we can't wait to come back! It was so easy to get to Bradley Beach via train from NYC and then just a few minutes to the house from the station...and our friends who drove said they had an equally easy time driving to the town. Not to mention, we were able to walk/bike everywhere once we arrived, so didn't have to deal with a car again for the whole weekend! Not only was the house perfect for our group - clean, well appointed, and with ample space - but the personal touches really set the house apart from other rentals we've used in the past & the details in the owner's book (restaurants/local attractions, wifi details, etc.) were incredibly thoughtful and helped us explore. We grilled in the huge terrace/back yard area, borrowed the bikes for a few rides around town, spent a lot of time at the beach (literally a 3-4 minute walk from the house), had morning coffee on the rocking chairs on the front porch, and played games until late in the night. Such a perfect spot for a long weekend...next time we'll be back for an extended stay! Thank you again for opening your home to us!

Amazing house in Bradley Beach!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this great house in Bradley Beach in early May. The accommodations were superb. It was clean, fully stocked, and VERY well maintained. Everything was comfortable and clean and the beach theme throughout the house really helped to create a relaxing vibe. Great outdoor space, huge bedrooms, and updated everything! The owners provide board games, cards, awesome beach bikes, updated patio furniture, a great grill, and way more! The location is perfect (everything is walkable) and is VERY close to the beautiful beach. Stay here when you can- you won't regret it!

We chose Bradley Beach for its scale, walkability, and genuine sense of community. It has long been known as a family oriented town, with a relaxed atmosphere that feels welcoming without being busy or commercial.

With children growing up in New York City, we wanted a place where beach days are effortless, bikes replace car rides, and evenings can unfold slowly in the porch and backyad after the sun sets. Here, the ocean is a short walk away, neighbors know one another, and the pace naturally softens.

Bradley Beach offers the best of the Jersey Shore without the party scene. It is safe, residential, and community focused, which is exactly what drew us here and continues to keep us coming back.
