The place was sparkling clean and super great location, very convenient location close to paddington station and easy access to and from Heathrow. . As per other reviewers, dryer was stated not working. Also there was a little up keep that should be done such as what looks like water damage in the living area ceiling by window. But overall it was a great stay and those issues didn't really effect our needs.

Great location in Paddington. Close to the tube, grocery shopping and many restaurants. We found this location a reprieve from the busier areas of London, like Covent Garden. The rooms were spacious and have in-unit laundry was wonderful.
The Easter Bunny visited us in London!

Stayed here with our 2 kids and it was perfect. Location is great to hop on the train to anywhere in London. Great restaurants nearby. Property is well maintained with bedrooms on the upper floor and 2 baths. Would highly recommend.

Clean property - great location for getting around

I stayed here for a few days with my family, and the location is very close to Paddington station making getting around very easy. Property was also very clean, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It is so incredibly conveniently located and perfectly suited our young family of 4. My kids wanted to live there forever.

The location of this apartment is amazing. Right across from mall and Paddington station which means easy access to transportation all over the city and a good place to get food. Really cute little canals around the corner if you go exploring (Little Venice). There are a few flights of stairs but this was noted in booking. Was great exercise and we didn’t mind. A little noisy at times because of the location and the hospital across the road but was very manageable. We were there during record heat wave so the fans were great! Only small issue was the clothes dryer was not functional which caused us a bit of difficulty as we were not aware of that said host was wonderful as we had a flight issue and she fixed it so we could stay an extra night last minute. Highly recommend this apartment.

Best stay ever

Came to run the London marathon; location was perfect!! Loved being near Paddington - such a convenient hub and lots near us! The place was just as described/pictured; our hostess Adrienne was a wonderful communicator and accommodated our stay so well. I would come back again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay in Paddington. We had two kids under 5 and the bunk beds worked well. It’s a lot of stairs to get to the flat, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to cook dinner and enjoyed the quick access to several grocery stores. The washer, dryer and clothing drying rack were also very helpful to have.

Perfect location to everything

This flat was exactly what we needed it to be. Clean & enough rooms and bathrooms for our family. It is extremely close to the major paddington station so you can get almost anywhere in a couple minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent flat near Paddington

Our family of 3 adults and 3 teens had the most amazing 4 days in London with this flat as our home base. The location is very convenient to travel around the city. Lots of restaurants, stores nearby. The flat is very well appointed and comfortable. Loved it!

Great location

We had a great stay here. The apartment is in a great location near Paddington station, which made both our travel to/from Heathrow convenient as well as our travels around the city. There are plenty of restaurants close by also. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Adrienne is a very responsive host. We definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if we visit London

Bright and Nicely Located

The apartment was nicely located next to a few different mass transit options as well as several restaurants and grocery stores. We appreciated the easy access we had to all parts of central London.

Great launch location for exploring London

This flat is conveniently located near Paddington Station, where Heathrow Express arrives, so our to/from airport transport was extremely easy. Flat was clean with all the needed amenities, property manager Adrienne was very responsive.

Great location

1 min walk to the tube, great coffee shops on the way and cute little flat we stayed in. Not huge for the 5 of us but comfortable. We were only there to sleep so no big deal. The washer/dryer wasn't great at drying but otherwise perfect stay.
