This home boasts a beautiful covered front porch and a screened in back deck both with ceiling fans, to sit and enjoy your coffee or coctail!
Within a drive of anything that you and your family or group might enjoy.
A day at the Whitewater Center, fishing on Catawba River, boating on Lake Wylie, hiking at numerous locations, or just stay in and enjoy playing a plethora of games (to be found in the bedroom closet) at the dining room table.
The choice is yours and the options are endless! Escape to this enchanting retreat for a serene getaway. 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, and 1 is upstairs. All have A/C and heating. We have a Greco Pac and Play (with Pac and Play sheets provided as well, in the bedroom closet) if needed, just let us know.
As we said the covered front porch for morning coffee or screened in deck for family and friends to enjoy!

We are originally from NY. We moved to the Carolinas and love the feeling of living away from it all in our home in the woods, while still only being 20 minutes from some of the coolest things the area has to offer. We love being a host because we want others to enjoy the stress free time in a home they can make theirs and we hope to be the place that everyone gets to experience a quiet private vacation without having to get a bunch of hotel rooms. Bring your dogs, your kids, and in-laws, your friends and simply enjoy a stress free environment.
Why they chose this property
We always dreamed of a home tucked away in nature away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Private and quiet. A place where if you look up at night you can see the stars.
What makes this property unique
My home is a new build, it is spacious but not too big or grand, just perfect. All the rooms are on 1 floor except for 1 bedroom upstairs. Our beautiful screened in porch with ceiling fans are a wonderful way to spend an evening or enjoy your morning cofee. The screened in porch was created with 2 doors so you can easily let your dogs out into the doggy gated area.
Both the back and front doors are double doors that can open and we have a ramp if needed so it is handicap ♿️ accessible. When you come to our home we want it to feel like family and comfort. We hope that's what you think too.
