Very clean and homey place. Close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It worked well for our weekend stay. The sleeping situation for 5 adult men wasn’t as ideal but we made it work. The common area/kitchen is perfect for entertaining. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

All the rooms were very nice clean and comfortable. The space was beautiful and we were super comfortable. I would stay there again! Communication with the host was great! We felt safe and comfortable. We stayed there because it was the only place that offered a 2 car garage. It was perfect.

Beautifully maintained home, had all the amenities that you would need. Quick communication with owner, and all descriptions were accurate. Approximately only a 15 minute drive into town, but there are done food places available. Enjoyed our stay very much

Excellent location if you’re staying near Nashville, we were there doing some downhill mountain biking and going to the Nissan stadium for the AMA Supercross. Condo had plenty of room, all beds, super comfortable, everything we needed Right off the interstate. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in that area. Super easy check in and out. Will definitely be back.

This town house was very nice. The host provided clean towels, complementary coffee, tv in each bedroom except the kids room. Access to the property was very easy. The property was very clean. I was very pleased with my stay. There are 3 flights of stairs. If you don’t mind the stairs you will be very pleased with this property.

When we arrived, it was late/dark and we had a lot of difficulty finding the garage unit no. We emailed/texted but did not get a speedy reply. We sat and went through all messages and finally found the unit no. There was leftover candy on the steps and previously someone ran the dishwasher and left a knife that was partially melted. There was no Kleenex anywhere so we had to buy some. The place was nice and neat, could have used more towels not sure where they were, house was very large and if you like climbing 3-4 flight of steps then it's all good. You need to lug all of your laundry up to the very top to do your laundry, for young people I am sure it's fine. Stay was nice and otherwise a good place to stay.

This place is really nice and very well outfitted with all of the essentials and then some. It is extremely clean and well maintained. My family and I had a great visit. The host was extremely helpful and the information was shared in a timely manner and very detailed. It is definitely a 5 out of 5 stars!

The townhouse was very nice. It is in a small neighborhood but just minutes from the excitement of Nashville. We enjoyed the quiet community, and it has plenty of things to do and many good restaurant's close by. The unit was beautiful and well maintained. I like the garage because it rained almost our entire trip so getting in and out inside was a bonus. It is either relatively new or recently renovated. In my conversations with the owner, he said it was a tri-level but didn't imagine the number of steps involved getting from the ground floor to the bedroom areas on the third floor. Our travelers ranged from mid-sixties to over ninety years of age. The main living area was on the second floor, so it required everyone to go up and down several times a day. I don't blame the owner as he did let us know but I do wish the photos of the house had given us a view of the stairs. The owner was great at giving all the details very clearly how to enter and exit, even including videos on use of the keypads. A great place for a younger family with kids that are visiting Nashville. I would highly recommend it. All the bedrooms had big TV's, the dining area was very nice with plenty of seating for up to 10. We had a great time.

A Would definitely recommend! Before booking, I asked the owner about a TV in the spare bedroom since the photos didn’t show one. They confirmed there wasn’t one but immediately offered to install it — and they did. That kind of service is rare and set the tone for the whole stay. Communication was fast, clear, and gracious, even when I forgot to take care of something on my end.The home itself is fantastic. A lot of stairs, but beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. So many small touches made the stay feel special. The location is perfect. Downtown Nashville is pricey, but here you can park in the garage and take a quick Uber downtown while still saving money — and enjoying far more space and comfort than a hotel. The neighborhood felt very safe, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by.Highly recommend!
