Why they chose this property

I love the blend of modern amenities and the touches of classic period architecture we were able to create in this home when we renovated it. It now features 3 good-sized bedrooms and the master is actually quite large with its own private "three-quarter" bath.

What makes this property unique

I think the greatest thing about this home is its super-central location just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still so close that you can be downtown in practically no time.
