About this property

Raised Beach House overlooking Intracoastal Waterway with Beach State Park pass!

Get away & back to nature with intracoastal waterway views & sounds of woodland wildlife at your home-away-from-home retreat!

This 3bed, 2.5bath raised beach style house is perfect for your next golf outing, girls weekend, or quality time with the family. Close to MB Attractions you want to explore but secluded from the hustle & bustle of tourism; a space to catch your breath & be together!

You will have private access the second and third floors of the home. You'll also have full access to the fenced in backyard and all porches. There is no access to the rooms on the ground level. One side contains our apartment, we are on site, so we can usually assist you with anything you need at a moment's notice. Although you may see us in the driveway, or at the mailbox we are usually at work or laying low and assure you 100% privacy.

Note that there is no river access, we do not own the lot across the street, so please don't venture over there, but the view from our property is free! There is a public boat launch 1.5 miles away, so bring your boat or jet ski! Just let us know beforehand so we can have a place ready for you to park your trailer.

***SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE HOUSE***
It is difficult and expensive to remove smoking odors, especially if we have a quick turn around between guests. If we need to have the house treated due to smoking there will be a minimum $250 charge. While we prefer no smoking on the property at all, if you absolutely must, please use the back porch.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. 6 guests MAXIMUM! A violation of this rule will result in the charge of $100 per night, per guest! 2. No motorcycles 3. Quiet hours-10pm-9am
3. Remove shoes before walking onto carpeted areas. 4. Be respectful of our neighbors, we live on a quiet street, keep noise to a minimum
5. No smoking of any kind on the entire property!! A $250 fee will be assessed if there is ANY evidence of any kind of smoke inside the house!!!
