Hello! We’re Aklima and Farhad. We’re thrilled you’re staying in Snyder neighborhood. It’s an awesome area with a great location. Our house has five bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room and a central AC.

As a heads up, the house is of an older age, which may manifest in minor signs of wear and tear in the bathroom and kitchen. However, these areas are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We are committed to providing exceptional hospitality at an unbeatable value. Enjoy your stay!

The actual property did not match the pictures online. The place was quite old and dirty. It needed to be cleaned a lot more. House needs a little TLC. The closets had random stuff on the floor. the fridge still had random stuff in it. The neighborhood was good. The neighbor next door was very nice, warm and welcoming. The host communicated well in advance with wifi passwords, and door code to get in. Close proximity to the airport and out of the way from tourists makes this place a good location. Would not recommend for families, but for single guys it is not bad.

We were surprised when we arrived to see items on the front lawn and the doorbell wrapped in duct tape and the front door with noticeable paint missing. The inside of the house was fine, but it is rustic - base boards need painting, closets are not finished, permanent stain in the bathroom sink, some of the comforters had stains, and there was a used bar of soap left in the shower.The house is in a nice neighborhood and it is within walking distance to some shops and easy driving distance to many of the places a person would want to visit in Buffalo.

Home seemed lovely from the listening but i was not happy once i arrived, bathrooms was dirty and had rings in the tub , there was a few light switches that did not work including the upstairs bathroom my group of 7 had to share 1 bathroom due to no lighting , there was several other minor issues but definitely not worth the price

This home was a perfect place for my party of 6 to stay. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and cozy with such cute homes around. There's a great coffee shop very close by that makes for a great breakfast stop, too.

Nice neighborhood, nice home. I had family come in from out of town for a memorial and this rental was just right. There are 2 bedroom downstairs for anyone that has an issue with stairs. The place was clean and looks jist like the pictures. There is also a nice area to sit outside. There is a curved driveway out front so there is plenty of parking.Would stay again
