Stayed 5 nights. Location was great. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked well. Typical signs of wear from age and usage (barn door latch looks like it has been repaired and repaired, patched holes in walls where tv had been in bedroom) but overall a nice place to stay. Parking is TIGHT for cars but manageable. Would stay there again.
There's a grocery store up the road. Lots of cute things to walk to, and a quick uber to the tourist stuff. Loved the comfortable bed. The property was clean, and it was easy to contact management for support! Would visit again!
The unit we stayed in needed some attention for sure. There was art missing from the walls, furniture missing in the living room and the coffee table nearly collapsed. The unit was reasonably clean but the property was pretty dirty with overflowing waste bins and beer cans laying around. I would say the biggest problem is that with no on site management, the building attracts groups of young people partying the nights away. We knew when we saw groups of young guys hauling in case after case of beer that it might be problematic. And it was.
This was our first visit to Nashville, TN. We were attending the CMA FEST 26. This property was on Main Street which was about 1 mile from the venue Nissan Stadium. Parking was not user friendly, due to other nearby businesses patrons using the designated parking area for guests of the VRBO location. There was a nearby alternative parking garage. The facility offered a comfortable king bed, well appointed kitchen and nice bathroom, however shower was a leaker due to only a partial glass barrier, so water managed to get on the floor with every shower. We requested extra clothes hangers and a luggage rack which was provided within the first hour we arrived by Avant Stay Reps! This location was good if you wanted to go downtown to see Broadway attractions. Uber rides averaged 15.00, however, Uber also charged an extra 10.00 due to the CMA Event. If you're willing to walk to see the sights, this is a pretty good location.

Really nice building and unit. Located right on bus line which makes it convenient to get around without driving. Near some nice restaurants and coffee shops.
The doors to the bedroom are barn sliding door style. However there leaves 2-3” gap on each side. So not very private to do your business. It smelled very much like weed when we walked in the door. It was mainly at the front door of our room. The owners were very responsive and offered to come clean spray etc. the rest of the condo did not smell like weed. The roof top was beautiful and great place to relax. Condo building it’s self was pretty quiet Would not recommend the little bakery across the street. However we did enjoy Eadleys BBQ, Snooze AM. They were both delicious. Streets felt very safe to walk on. Parking was good a little tight but we did have a large SUV. There’s a lot in east Nashville for food and bars all within walking distance.
I had a great experience. The condo was very clean, had everything I needed, and the location was perfect! I love staying in East Nashville as it’s close to my favorite restaurants and parks to run. The free parking garage was a bonus! I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!
I had a lovely month long stay in this property. The kitchen was well stocked and the space perfect for full living while there. I loved the views of the sunset every night from my room and rooftop. Location was great for many food spots and easy to get to other areas of Nash. Only drawback is parking is first come first serve which during busy weekends was a little cutthroat but there is street parking in the area if you come back too late to grab a spot. During the week there were always plenty of spots!
Restaurants and downtown are only 10-15 min away so great location. The apartment was clean and appreciated the heads up on the noise (which was not actually that bad). Note that there's a closet to hang clothes but nothing with drawers or shelves which would be modestly helpful. Would rent again!
Overall great! The lights in the hall ways stopped working and so did the wifi but they were able to fix all of it asap and they are soooooooo responsive to communication it’s fantastic! Will be staying again!
