Pet Friendly (pet fee applies $150). 2 small dogs only. Pets to stay off of all furniture and kept in a kennel when not supervised. We kindly ask that you pick up after your dog.
Hot Tub located on the lower patio for your relaxation. Beach towels for the hot tub provided. Please read hot tub rules prior to using.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Replace all furniture back to its original place prior to leaving.
Place all trash in the large containers outside.
Turn off all lights, AC and lock all doors. Make sure the fireplace is cool to touch and fireplace screen is shut if you used it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
