  • Clean and friendly!

"House was clean and big enough for 13 women plus all the luggage and groceries! Everyone at Marina was friendly and helpful. Will look into staying again."

  • Large, Lots to Do!!

"We loved it. Rented it with both of my brothers and their children and we had a blast. Be sure to rent a boat well in advance (like a month) as there was nothing available when we arrived!!"

  • Pictuesque house nestled in the woods.

"Thanks to Joanne and her son, Jason, for their attentiveness during our stay. The house was very clean. It was comfortable with 3 different decks to sit on either for socializing or just being still. The master bed was very comfortable it was solid and snuggly. The bedroom was downstairs and maintained a cool comfortable temperature with out the use of AC or heat during our October stay. Smart TV, blue tooth speakers available, free WiFi, and small desk down stairs if you need to keep up with things back home---This was a nice feature which I planned on but did NOT use. This environment was very conducive to leaving "it" all behind. We brought our 2 dogs who loved exploring the hillside and rocks down by the water. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances (crock pot, blender, toaster oven) and cooking utensils (sharp knives). I always bring my own favorite knives to cook with, it seems other houses we have rented have 1 knife that is crooked and dull. We rented the pontoon boat for 4 days while we were there. Jason's hospitality was refreshing, he was personable, brought cookies to the dogs, and was very helpful while teaching my husband about Norris Lake and how to use the boat."

  • Family Vaca 2016

"Our family vacation to Norris Lake was wonderful! We recommend Riley's Resort! The house is very nice with plenty of room for our family. Large decks with ample outdoor seating and dining area to enjoy the view. Getting back up to the house from the dock is a bit of a hike but not as bad as some. Great Location for swimming and fishing! Close to Flat Hollow Marina where we enjoyed karaoke on Friday night - even the little ones performed!"
