Great location. Some minimal improvements could be made to add nightstands in bedroom, washer/dryer in unit, and upgrade from futon to a couch but overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. I could walk right out to the beach from the room and it was right next to Pier Park. It was a good experience.

This rental is in a GREAT location! But it’s definitely NOT what is shown in pics. The room smelled of mold and was not cleaned when we got there. Sheets were not changed and floor was not cleaned either. There was raid bombs and traps throughout the rental. We left host now and all she said was that we were free to go if we wanted. No solution or understanding. The property needs a serious deep cleaning. We had to go buy bleach and cleaning products to clean and I just couldn’t bring myself to cook in there which was the plan for o save money. This is very unfortunate bc like I said the spot is PERFECT but I couldn’t not even sleep comfortably. Thank goodness I bring my own blankets or I would’ve have to buy new ones too!

THANKS- the condo is undergoing renovations october 1. Please try us again for the spring or summer and see our new renovated updated photos shortly! The unit was just purchased this year, and the owners are now doing renovations after off season.

The condo was great! We loved all of the storage. The bedroom does need some minimal furniture. Example: nightstands and a possible chest of drawers so clothing could be put away. Even the living room could use a small chair or some other seating option. Overall, very nice finishes and updates.
