Disfrute de una experiencia urbana en el pintoresco centro histórico de Edmond, OK. Esta casa urbana fue construida en 2017 para este propósito. Camina hasta la Universidad de Oklahoma Central, The Patriarch, The Zu, UCO Jazz Lab y disfruta de todas las comodidades de nuestro entorno para caminar. La segunda casa adosada de la historia es nueva y está amueblada para proporcionar al huésped una experiencia urbana. Perfect for a long weekend in Edmond

We were in town for a wedding and this ended up being a perfect spot to stay. Convenient for the wedding related events and fun things to do during our down time. We enjoyed the breweries and restaurants (lots of walkable options). The apartment is nice and had everything we needed.

Very nice and very convenient

Great location, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Near the freeway to downtown OKC and tourist attractions. Apt is built above the garage so it is very private, up a flight of stairs. David and Julia are super nice and responsive to any requests. Many pros and only 1 con. Their is a freight train that runs behind the apartment several times during the day and night. If you're a deep sleeper or used to noise at night it isn't a problem. Would highly recommend this AirBnB.

Thanks Barbara. We enjoyed having you and glad you enjoyed your stay. Good news is the train horn will be silenced in a month or so. The railroad and City of Edmond have implemented a quiet zone in Edmond and the train horn will forever be a thing of the past. So, on your next stay you will not hear the train whistle.

Excellent!

David was great to work with. He was able to help us out when our original location fell through. We learned about the different neighborhoods in OKC, and this is a very safe location. We were comfortable immediately. The apartment had everything that we needed. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to town.

The Chapman House is a great place to stay in Edmond, with easy access to any part of Oklahoma City and surrounding towns. You’ll absolutely fall in love with the fabulous shower and comfy bed. Both make it hard to leave and looking forward to returning!

Cozy Home in a Great Location

My husband and I had a great stay at the Hurd House. It was a quaint 1915 home with so much detail - it was extraordinary to be living in a part of history. The home was in great condition and has all the necessary upgrades. It was clean and comfortable. The owner is incredibly accessible and helpful. If you stay and you need anything, don’t be shy, just ask and he will accommodate you within reason (I am assuming there is something he’d decline but didn’t run into that). There is plenty of cooking and eating space. All the necessary utensils and linens are provided. Right outside the front door is a very short walk to Downtown Edmond. There are a lot of food and drink options and some very nice boutique shopping options. The internet works well. There is a TV w local chant and streaming ability - just login with your acct and remember to logout before you leave. The one bit of info I will offer is the train that is a few hundred feet from the house - it travels through those tracks regularly, including the nighttime. My husband and I both grew up close (not this close, but close) to trains so it didn’t bother us much, but if you aren’t accustomed, this may be a problem for you. If you’re looking to be in Downtown Edmond, I would struggle to suggest a place where the train would not be heard, however. The train just comes with the town. This house was perfect for us. We were visiting for a long weekend (4 nights) from Phoenix for a wedding. My brother lives in Dallas and flew in for one night and we were able to accommodate him without any problems. It was close to where we needed to be and had so many food options right outside the door. I loved my stay here and will definitely return.
