Take it easy at this tranquil getaway on a private lake in east Wichita.
At Swan Shores, You’ll completely forget you are in the city with beautiful lake views from the dining room and master bedroom.
The deck is situated under a century-old elm tree which provides shade all day long then treats you to stunning sunset views over the water.
Conveniently located less than a mile from the intersection of I-35, US 400, and K-96 - all destinations inside and around Wichita are only a few minutes drive.
The space
Full remodel completed in 2023 including custom kitchen with quartz counters, custom bathroom with tile shower, and new carpet and furniture throughout the home.
Both bedrooms are furnished with queen Purple Plus mattresses and Purple pillows.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large selection of cooking items/utensils and a double oven for longer stays.
Guest access
The entire home, yard, and dock are accessible to guests, but the detached garage is currently unavailable.
Lake access is limited to the dock and shoreline directly behind the house.

Do you like nature but don't want to trek out into the wilderness to find it? You're in luck! Swan Shores is literally in the middle of many City amenities, but from the back yard you would swear you were miles from town. Get the best of both worlds!
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
The private lake at Swan Shores is home to a large variety of wildlife. As the seasons change, many species of ducks, wild turkeys, herons, bald eagles, turtles, beaver, and deer all call the lake home and make frequent appearances. The swans are the primary residents and patrol the lake during the majority of the year.
For those interested in wetting a line, fishing is allowed. The lake has bluegill, redear sunfish, largemouth bass, crappie, and perch. There are also catfish, but they don't come up to the dock very often. You are welcome to fish off the dock or along the shore in the yard. If you don’t have your own gear, some basic fishing tackle is available by request from the Property Manager.
