Fully renovated in 2025. Custom vanities, custom lighting. 2 levels, 4 bedrooms (2 on main level, 2 up), 1 full bathroom on main level. BRAND NEW ROOF, PLUMBING, HEAT. The home is snug as a bug and a rug. Cozy and renovated heated enclosed porch, perfect for year-round enjoyment. Home is completely furnished, and fully stocked with kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, bakeware, pots and pans, paper towels, coffee maker, bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent (washer and dryer).

A large 1.3 acre lot with private backyard and forest views. Historic original stone wall. There's plenty of space for all your needs. Sleeps 6-8 with 2 additional contemporary fold down couches on the main floor. The comfortable ones, not the old pull out couches. Owner has a fashion design degree and is a super host on other rental sites. Close to wineries, wedding venues, and minutes to popular mid coast Maine towns, Camden, Thomaston, Rockland, Rockport, Augusta. Approximately 1.5 hours to the Bangor and Portland airports and popular ski resorts Sunday River, Sugarloaf, Saddleback.

Easy check in at 1 PM and check out at 11 AM and if there is no one coming in after, you are welcome to check out later. Pets are welcome and you are only charged a one time $25 fee (not nightly) as owner loves her Bernese Mountain Dog. Flexible, one night minimum and last minute booking.
