The 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is just 0.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier, across the street from the beach. This unit features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a private balcony. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are also provided along with streaming capability. Sleeping accommodations include one queen, and one full beds. The complex has a swimming pool.

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, arcade and live music.

Just south of Garden City Beach, only 2.3 miles is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
