The Space:
Admire a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from the covered veranda and the incredible rooftop terrace at this home on Folly Beach, where you'll be directly across the road from The Washout - the very best surfing spot in the area.

This cozy home is a place for beach-goers and surfers - you can stroll across the street after a day in the waves, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and leave your swimsuits to spin in the washer/dryer under the house. There's plenty of space to relax and sip cold drinks outside, including the covered front porch overlooking the beach and the breezy upper deck with a swinging day bed, rocking chairs, and a 360-degree view of The Washout and the Morris Island Lighthouse. A small portion of the grassy yard is even fenced for your dog to enjoy safely.

Inside, the air-conditioned living space is comfortable and casual. On one side is a living room with a large flatscreen cable TV and a selection of board games to enjoy; on the other is a full kitchen, a dining room table, and a screened door that leads to the porch out back. Bonus amenities include flatscreen TVs in both bedrooms and high-speed WiFi throughout the house.

Loved this place. Spent a lot of time on the porch overlooking the beach directly across the street. Small fenced yard was perfect for our dog! We will return!

Relaxing and cozy!

We enjoyed our stay relaxing on the upper deck, large front porch and ample room in the family room. Everything was quite clean. There were a few things that we noticed that needed to be fixed, but I let the owner know.

Great Place and Beautiful Water Views

This location is great and without being in the center of it all but close enough to downtown Charleston for shopping and night life. Also, close to other beach towns and a short drive to be about to get out and see what this area has to offer. We also enjoyed all of the local seafood and small town shopping. Looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect Beach cottage

This is an older beach cottage that has been taken care of. The location is fantastic if you love peace and quiet and love the beach. The property is comfortable and clean. We hope to stay again.

Great winter escape

Loved being able to see and hear the ocean from this comfortable cottage! We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and being so close to birds, surfers and an ocean view at the wash out. Hope to return soon!

Pretty much met expectations

Unfortunately ran into beach rejuvenation for 2.5 days. But was perfect for my wife and I as well as our dog to enjoy the feeling of being on the beach. We plan to stay again next year.

Great little house for a family or group

This is a small property that makes the most of its space. The kitchen is extremely well supplied. the view from the roof top porch can't be beat. It is across the street from the surfer beach so might not be the best for smaller children.

Great vacation location we love Folly Beach it’s our traditional place.

The frig and floors could have been a little cleaner. We appreciated the dog area it was a big plus. Location is perfect for us. Would have appreciated a traditional sofa for comfort. The top deck was a fabulous spot to watch surfers and dolphins, there was even binoculars for us to use. I would absolutely rent again.
