This villa is located near the banks of the Folly River, just half a mile north of the ocean beach and the famous Folly Beach Pier. Center Street is only three blocks away, allowing you to easily peruse the selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, and recreational outfitters downtown. Our family of three was very comfortable in this Turtle Bay condo. Overall everything was great and we had everything we needed. The main bedroom bed was rather comfortable and it was nice to watch the sunset from either the top porch or the dock on the river. The pool was great to have available after a long day at the beach and the way that it is positioned between the two rows of condos keeps it from being in the direct sun, which was great. This is obviously a full time rental that no owner spends much time in because there are quite a bit of cosmetic and maintenance items that could use some attention that I will share with Casago in hopes that they address because we would love to stay here in the future.

This was the perfect restful stay for myself and one of my closest girlfriends!! The best way to recharge, it was such a clean and homey property. I’m looking forward to coming back and we will definitely be referring y’all!!

Had a great stay at this property. Very clean and spacious. Close enough to the beach and Center Street, but just far enough for some quiet relaxation.

We had such a great stay! Communication was outstanding from start to finish—we always knew exactly when payments were due, when to expect check-in details, and appreciated the quick message after arrival to make sure everything was perfect. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach chairs were such a nice touch! It was the perfect place for a girls’ trip—would absolutely stay here again!

Great home, great location. Close to beach, bars, restaurants but just far enough away for some peace and quite. Could walk everywhere. My dog had a blast!!

Great place, great location

My family and I stayed here for vacation, and the location was perfect! Great views of the bay, and not a far walk from the beach and downtown. The inside was nice, only some dishes that were dirty and the trash left a mess in the garage, but the host was great about responding and helping out.

Christmas on Folly

We had a great stay on Folly despite very cold weather. We spent more time indoors than we anticipated, but it was cozy with movies and games. It was a plus to be walking distance to restaurants.

Turtley Awesome

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Bay. It’s a very nice condo with plenty of space. It is conveniently located and we highly recommend. We had lots of room to work and relax. All meetings should be like this!!!

The condo was clean overall and spacious. The only thing we would have liked was for beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella to be available at the condo for us to use instead of having to spend extra money to rent them at the beach each day. The only other issue we had was that the single bed mattresses were hard and not very comfortable for sleeping.

Folly Fun

Our place was very nice and well equipped. with the basics. The place was clean and the staff at Vacasa was extremely helpful. My only issue was that we wish the place was slightly closer to beach, but that was on us. The area was peaceful and we would go back.. Its hard to find a place that is reasonably priced and is well represented in pictures.

The Perfect Spot

We have vacationed in Folly for about the last 10 years, and this was by far my favorite rental. It was clean, nice, plenty of bathrooms (with teens that’s key 😂), great location, and easy parking. We had two porches which we used a lot, and did plenty of waking everywhere because we were so centrally located. There’s access to a pool, and crabbing docks. It was, in a word, perfect!! And check in was super easy, as was the check out process. 5 stars!!

Family vacation

Great stay at a cute condo. We have a 1,3, and 5 year old. The twin beds were great for the 3 and 5 year old and the condo had a pack and play for the baby (we brought our own, but they already had one there-so if traveling with infants no need to haul your own). The pool was small but perfect for our family. You drive through a not-so-great street on the way to the condo, but the condos themselves are very safe and nice. We rented a golf cart and had easy access to the beach and center street restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

Sabbatical Stay

We decided to come to Folly, SC for some rest and relaxation and we got exactly that! The home was nice, clean, and spacious. The only thing negative was the linen was completely clean, we just washed them before going to bed. The last night neighbors occupied the home next door and you could hear the entire conversations. The walls are paper thin.

Great Location!

We rented this place for our family of 4 (3 year old and 1 year old) and my parents as my husband and I had a wedding. Great location! Walking distance to the beach, pool on the property and lovely screened porch. Only negative would be that it says no pets (which is one of the reasons I selected this house since me, my parents and kids have bad allergies) but there was dog hair all over the place (especially living room and outdoor furniture) and dog toys were also in a basket in the living room. Overall we would highly recommend this place just wish they would disclose a pet has been there.

Clean and convenient but a couple of surprises!

The property was pretty much as described, clean and convenient location, but there were some surprising issues when we entered the house. Whole in the kitchen ceiling, broken garage door, and shower door off track. Vacasa was quick to respond and rectify the issues. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!
