Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Suite
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. A private workstation with monitor, keyboard, and mouse makes remote work easy, while the 70” Smart TV is perfect for winding down. Additional amenities include blackout curtains, ceiling fan, oscillating tower fan, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Guest Bedroom One
Includes a king-size bed, 55” Smart TV, remote-controlled ceiling fan, blackout curtains, oscillating fan, and bedside lamps.

Guest Bedroom Two
Offers a queen-size bed, 55” Smart TV, ceiling fan, oscillating fan, blackout curtains, and a closet with hangers.

Additional Sleeping
The living room features a pull-out queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. A Pack ’n Play with mattress and a highchair are also provided for families traveling with children.

The primary ensuite includes a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity, designed for comfort and convenience.

The guest bathroom features a beautifully updated deep soaker tub with a single vanity, perfect for a relaxing bath. Please use caution when stepping in and out due to the tub’s depth.

Water leak sensors are placed near plumbing fixtures to help maintain the home’s quality and comfort. We kindly ask that these remain in place during your stay.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, reverse osmosis filtered water and ice machine, Nespresso machine, large drip coffee maker, and electric kettle. You’ll also find an air fryer, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and wine glasses. Complimentary tea, creamer, and sugar are provided.

The area offers comfortable seating for up to 8 guests.

For added entertainment, the newly renovated, temperature-controlled garage features a tiled floor and pool table, making it an excellent space for friendly competition and family fun year-round.

Relax by the large private pool or gather around the patio fire pit. The outdoor seating area is ideal for enjoying mornings, afternoons, or evenings together.

Please note: some surrounding concrete areas may have natural settling or uneven surfaces. Guests are encouraged to watch their step and enjoy the space with care.

Pool Safety Guidelines:
• Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty
• No diving or running near the pool
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• No glass containers in or around the pool

The home features central air and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in every bedroom and the garage.

Parking
Parking is available in the fully paved front area of the property, in the driveway in front of the garage, or on the street directly in front of the home. Garage parking is strictly prohibited. The garage doors are not accessible to guests and remain secured at all times. The garage is provided solely as an entertainment and laundry space, and vehicle access is not permitted. Unauthorized use may result in additional charges.

No Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings

This is a quiet, family-friendly home. Parties, events, large gatherings, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

Noise Policy

To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels reasonable at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music or disruptive behavior during this time are not permitted.

Guest Limit & Unauthorized Guests

The home accommodates a maximum of 8 registered guests. Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are permitted on the property at any time.

Unauthorized guests (any individuals not included in the reservation) are subject to a $100 per person, per night fee and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Please ensure your booking accurately reflects the correct guest count prior to check-in.

Violations

Failure to comply with house rules may result in a $250 violation fee and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund, at the host’s discretion.
