A Wonderful Beach Vacation

Beach Sparty was a great place for the two of us to relax. The weather was perfect with many beautiful sunrises to start each morning. The only downer was the limited deck seating.

Best vacation

Like home away from home! Loved the whole experience at Beach Sparty! Most well equipped home we’ve ever had on all of our vacations. Highly recommend. The private beach access and porch with rocking chairs facing the ocean was absolutely the best!

This place was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for in a quiet, beachfront location. The customer service from Vacasa was top notch, as any questions or issues that arose were answered or fixed immediately and without any disruption to our vacation. Highly recommend!

As expected for price point

House was overall fine but not exceptional. As to be expected for the price point. Generally clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was well maintained and serviced regularly.

Freshened up nicely

Floors and bathrooms and washer dryer are almost new. Great outdoor shower and decks. Fresh tasteful furniture upholstery. Needs new rockers though.

Spacious living area, perfect for two families. Beachfront house with amazing views from the porch and even from inside the house. Clean and tidy upon arrival. The only issue was the refrigerator. Rarely felt cool enough to stash perishables safely, and got warmer as the week went on. Other than that, a highly recommended beachfront vacation spot!

Hello Jared, thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the spacious living area, stunning beachfront views, and cleanliness of the home. We’re sorry to hear about the refrigerator issue and have already notified our local team to ensure it is inspected and resolved. They confirmed that maintenance went out and cleaned the coils on the refrigerator. They went back by today to inspect the refrigerator and it is cooling as it should. We appreciate your recommendation and would love to host you again for another relaxing beachfront getaway!

Perfect Multi-generation Vacation

Our group ranged from almost 2 to almost 80. This house met everyone's needs with a great open floor plan. The kitchen remodel is modern, clean, and efficient. It was so well stocked with every dish, utensil, and appliance we could possibly need. The deck amazing. Someone was always out there from early morning to late evening. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our extended family had a wonderful trip.

great beach house that needs new mattresses

We liked everything about this house except the beds. The location is perfect, and the house is well laid out and well equipped. The views are great and beach access couldn't be better. Unfortunately the mattresses are terrible, especially the two king mattresses. One of our group had to sleep on the sofa the whole week. They did deliver mattress toppers to us, but the mattresses were too far gone for the toppers to make much difference. I would certainly recommend the house whole-heartedly if the mattresses were replaced.

Absolute Perfect Vacation

Everything about our vacation was wonderful! We could not have asked for a better stay! The house was the most well equipped rental I have ever stayed in! Items that I have learned over the many years of renting that we always take, this home already had! Right down to the chip clips! The house was well cleaned and ready when promised and the recent updates continue to make this a great house to rent. We had to call Vacasa once during our stay as my son accidentally locked both doors leading into the Jack and Jill bathroom. The maintenance guy from Vacasa was there to fix the problem within 30 minutes! The communications from Vacasa both before and after our stay were very informative and timely. I also liked the information about the Second Helping charity that collects left over food as you are pulling out of town! A wonderful option rather than just throwing away left over food items that you don’t want to haul home. The weather was perfect all week and we had a wonderful week! Needless to say I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home and we will definitely consider returning to Beach Sparty next year!

We had a wonderful time at Holden Beach. Very relaxing and not a lot of people. There are some things that can use updating. However, it doesn’t affect the beauty of the home. The beds are cozy and the bathroom showers were clean. The kitchen is beautiful and the views are spectacular. It was hard to leave.
