We understand they can be a bit challenging to navigate, and while those are managed by the condo association, we appreciate you mentioning them. While we regret that the mattress firmness and exterior solar lighting were not to your personal preference, these concerns were never brought to our attention during your stay. Had you reached out, we would have gladly assisted you immediately. Despite no issues being reported prior to checkout, we proactively offered a goodwill partial refund for the night you mentioned sleeping elsewhere. However, demanding a full refund under threat of a chargeback is not something we can accommodate. We regularly maintain our property and update guest feedback to ensure high standards for future stays.
