The house was fantastic and exactly as pictured! My whole family - ages 1 year old to 74 years old loved it. Everyone had a great time in the pool and the hot tub. The bedrooms were beautiful and furnished exactly as we needed them to be - with private spaces for the adults and a fun bunk room for the kids, the dining room table was perfect for my large family and the kitchen had all of the dishes and pots and pans for our meals. Some of us forgot our toiletries and there were even toothbrushes with toothpaste and razors in some of the bathrooms. Ryan is an amazing host. He almost immediately responded to every one of my messages. He even ordered baby gates to be delivered to us the evening we arrived. My daughter in law already said we should make it a family tradition and rent the house every year.

Hi Susan, Thank you so much for this amazing review! We’re really happy to hear the home worked so well for your whole family across all ages and that everyone got to enjoy the pools, hot tub, and shared spaces together. It’s great to know the layout and amenities helped make the stay comfortable for both the adults and kids. We also appreciate your kind words about the communication and support during your stay—that level of responsiveness is something we take a lot of pride in. And we’re especially glad the little touches like the extra toiletries and baby gates helped make things easier for your group. We’d love to welcome your family back anytime—making it an annual tradition sounds pretty special!

This is an amazing property, but not without its drawbacks. Most of the rooms are fascinating, very creative in design, and the amenities (pool, kids playroom, pool table) are very nice. But the overall impression is less than the sum of the parts. For example, the layout is a bit of a maze that takes some getting used to; the number of full bathrooms is less than desirable; some of the rooms, while they have a full-size bed, are set up so that you can only get into the bed from one side, making them less accessible. The caretaker is top-notch -- very knowledgeable and helpful, if you can't find something or can't figure out how something works. Bottom-line: the kids will love this place, but adults might find it a bit frustrating.
