Situada en un lote privado de 2 acres, esta villa cuenta con 7 habitaciones, 4 baños. El diseño de planta abierta de 5000 pies cuadrados hace de esta Villa la escapada perfecta para salidas familiares grandes, retiros de empresa o un grupo de amigos que salen de la ciudad. Las siguientes atracciones en las inmediaciones:

El primer piso consta de un 1000 Sq. Pie. sala de juegos que incluye una mesa de billar, una mesa de tejo, una mesa de futbolín, un bar con fregadero, una estufa de leña y un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "+ una hermosa cocina con techos de 16 pies y otras características.

El segundo piso tiene otro gran espacio habitable de 700 pies cuadrados con un gran balcón, un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 65 pulgadas, una biblioteca con una mesa de póker y otros juegos.

Host was responsive starting before check-in. They gave us a call to ensure we didn't have any questions. They also provided a home guide that was full of great information. Plenty of room to park 5-7 cars. The hosts responded to all texts within 5 minutes. The indoor pool and sauna were great! Easy to use and there were good instructions within the home guide. I do wish the host sent us a text to let us know that someone was coming to fill the pool. Kitchen was very spacious and had plenty of plates, flatware, etc. There were only 2 paper towel rolls that were readily available and no cleaning spray to wipe down the counters after each time we cooked. I reached out to the host and they provided us access to the cleaning supply closets.The house had plenty of space to host 5 families, but was not perfect. One bathroom (second floor) had a tub with no shower curtain, which made for an awkward showering experience. All the doors were very thin, especially in the first floor bedrooms. The bedroom attached to the first floor bathroom could hear everything going on in the bathroom and in the kitchen area. All beds and pillows were not very comfortable. There were a lot of ants that were on the floor of the dining area connected to the kitchen. We didn't have food or anything on the floor. We noticed there were ant catchers in some areas of the home, and recommended they put more in the dining area. Kitchen could use more/larger dish drying racks.

We are an extended family of 14--8 adults, 6 children ages 1-8. We were looking for a summer vacation house big enough for all of us with a play area for the grandkids and a pool. This villa was perfect. And now that the pool is enclosed, everyone could relax around it all day without sunscreen worries. We really enjoyed it. The kitchen is very well equipped (more plates, flatware, glasses, serving dishes, and appliances than any we have rented). Both eating areas (inside and out) were big enough to seat all 14 of us. Adults and children enjoyed the foosball and pool tables.The hosts are very accommodating. They answered text messages quickly and dispatched the local caretaker (who lives in the neighborhood) to handle any problems quickly.Highly recommended.

Great family house

Great stay for large group. Plenty of room and bedrooms. Really large kitchen and plenty of room to gather and cook. Two TV sitting area was very convenient for everyone. Outdoor patio with grill sat everyone comfortably and the indoor pool was a fantastic bonus. Tina and Boris were great hosts and communicated well during the whole process. Would recommend it to everyone.

Awesome trip !

Just got back from an awesome stay at this house. The property is huge, very clean and in an awesome location. About a 5 minute drive to Shawnee mountain and with a lot of places to eat nearby. The main road has plenty of fast food restaurants, supermarkets and any other stores you might need on tour stay there. We had such a great time we are already booking for the summer time.

A perfect family getaway

Me and my large family had a wonderful stay. House is spacious, was super comfortable and well equipped with everything you will need to have a great time. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a hit as well. I cook a lot and the large kitchen was just perfect. What great place to cook and well equipped as well. Overall we really enjoyed stain there, the host was super responsive and made our stay even better. Definitely coming back next summer!!!

Family Vacation

We were a family of 11 adults and 4 children. The house was roomy and comfortable. we had s’mores out by the fire pit every night. We brought our karaoke machine and had karaoke contest and dance offs! The kids were able to swim in the pool even though it was October! had fun going to the Bushkill Falls, which was 10 minutes away and a huge candy gift shop that the kids loved! Tina was a great hostess and kept in contact with us to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely highly recommend her home to anybody Looking for a fun family vacation!

Spacious house but need improvements

Great location to waterfalls and small/ big hikes. Address provided on VRBO was different than what was emailed to me by the owners which led me and my guests to a wrong house upon arrival. Pool was leaking on a daily basis hence the water took extra long to heat. One of the rooms had a moldy and damp smell upon arrival & the dehumidifier tubs had a very strong unpleasant scent. The garage door did not lock (& the inside door to the house) - poor security. House is spacious but overall conditions need to be improved. Owners were very nice and responsive to our complaints but the problems could not be resolved during our stay.

Summer Reuniom

This house worked well for our reunion. Wonderful common areas for the adults and kids to gather. Great pool and outdoor area/grill. We loved the spacious kitchen! Beds were comfy:)

Great Vacation House

Our whole family (16 of us plus one baby) stayed in this beautiful house to celebrate our 50th anniversary. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of games and activities, and best of all: the pool. Every afternoon was spent in the pool. The adults also enjoyed the lovely huge kitchen and large eating areas, both inside and outside. There are also plenty of day trips to take and wonderful restaurants. Tina was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great place for a family vacation !

We have been taking our ever expanding family on a family vacation for the last 20+ years and this house is a real standout !! Lots of room for a large family, great layout for time together as well as time apart, plenty of room for all 15 of us. The pool and outdoor area were perfect, clean and well maintained. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed, and our children and grandchildren all agree that we want to come back here every year we can! And on top of all of that, Tina was a joy to work with, quick to answer questions, and checking on us regularly to make sure all was well. And the house manual that Boris put together was sooo helpful and gave us all the info we needed to get comfortable and feel at home right away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely, well equipped vacation home!

Spacious Retreat: Ideal for Multi-Family Getaways!

Plenty of space to spread out and relax at the house. Comfy couches, lots of seating, beautiful kitchen. Nice bathrooms including a shower with jets. Looks just as advertised in the pictures!

Unique house w/ good energy

There were 16 of us. Loved how many balaconies there were. And every communal room had plenty of space for people to hang out in. Loved the mirror walls.

Great stay!

Easy check in, huge space, kids loved running around all the available spaces and adults loved the kitchen entertainment area. Pool was a big hit. Would recommend to all families.

Great House for Large Groups with Kids

This house was perfect for our group of 4 families with eight children ranging from 4-10 years old. Our families loved the pool, the game tables and the large kitchen. Our hosts were very responsive even while on a vacation of their own.

Family vacation

Stayed at the property for a family vacation. We were very happy with the available bedrooms and beds for our large group. Pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyed by all. Large living spaces and game room. Property needs some updating of the furnishings and fixtures but everything we needed was there. Great location for visiting local attractions.

Awesome Stay!

Lots of spaces for our family to both get together and spread apart. We really enjoyed cooking and eating in the spacious kitchen. Hosts were very responsive. Would recommend.

Great home for our family trip

We rented this home for our Thanksgiving trip. It was perfect. The kids had a blast in the game room and hot tub. I had many questions for Boris and he got back to me promptly and made the trip stress free. The kitchen as great for a family meal. Everyone was happy with my pick.
