Love this beach house! Great location, easy walk to the beach. Awesome, huge Traeger out back to grill on. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean and met all of our needs. Location was excellent, close to the beach. The neighborhood felt very safe. The hosts were very responsive to questions and provided great instructions for our stay. The rooms were comfortable. We loved the kitchen and the upstairs living room area. The fireplace added a cozy feel. Due to the rain, we were not able to spend time in the patio, but it looks like a great place to relax. Love the balcony area with the comfortable chairs and hammock. Thanks for making the golf cart and e bikes available, we just didn't use them due to the rain. Washer and dryer were great too. Overall, an excellent place and highly recommend staying here!

Disappointed! Nice shower, Nice golf cart. Appliances nice in kitchen, but....Ants everywhere in kitchen and bathroom. Ant traps present were inefficient. Got all over our food.Queen bed is on a very noisy wood platform, which you hear every time you move. Bedframe is also very high. An awful smell in the home from plug-in air fresheners.The first time we opened the sliding glass doors upstairs, the valance fell off onto my head. Screens come off easily.Loose wall receptacle near small round table by kitchen. Electrical fire hazard.Kitchen is not well stocked. Most kitchen drawers and cabinets are empty. No wine corkscrew, can opener or bottle opener. Next-door neighbor provided. No pots to cook veggies, soup, etc. Few glasses or coffee cups. No food storage bags, foil, paper towels, or wrap. No bbq gloves, utensils or enough pellets.One ceiling fan in house. Small portable fans don't work well to cool house down. No dressers to put your clothes in or anywhere to set your suitcases. I ended up putting my clothes out on the floor. Five hangers available. Bedside tables are way too low. No bedside lights in either room. No chair downstairs except bar stools. We had to go to the stairs to sit in order to tie our shoes.Cleaning crew left rotten, moldy apple under the main bed. Disgusting.Bathroom sink emits sewer smell. Outdoor furniture stained and torn. No beach chairs. Weeds left on patio. One bike helmet. No music speaker or equipment. Don't recommend renting.

The owner was great to work with. Check in and out were a breeze. The golf cart was helpful to carry all our beach gear. There are several beach bags available for your use, as well as a beach blanket and small cooler. There is no air-conditioning, but the house cools off quickly with the windows open and fans on. We had a fun stay!
