The Space

This two-story single-family home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Downstairs: 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom — perfect for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

Upstairs: A large master suite with a private bathroom and double-sink vanity, plus three additional bedrooms sharing a full bath.
Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, comfortable bedding, and a relaxing atmosphere.

The open-concept living area includes a cozy couch, dining table, and large-screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can imagine — a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and all cooking essentials, making it a dream for home chefs.

Outdoor Living

Step through the sliding doors to a spacious screened porch with plenty of comfortable seating — perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations. The porch connects to a laundry room with washer and dryer, adding extra convenience for longer stays.

Outside, you’ll find a sparkling pool overlooking the canal, complete with lounge seating and open space to relax under the Florida sun. A BBQ grill and small dining table sit in the backyard near the pool area, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals by the water. The private dock with a boat lift gives you direct canal access — and the chance to spot dolphins, manatees, herons, and even the occasional alligator.

Parking

Driveway parking fits up to 4 cars (depending on size). Guests do not have access to the garage, and street parking is discouraged to maintain the quiet neighborhood atmosphere.

Pets: Welcome. Up to two small pets (under 20 lbs each) or one larger pet (up to 50 lbs), flat $150 pet fee per stay. Please add your pet to the booking, or tell us on arrival and we will update the reservation.
