Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the space did not meet your expectations, and I’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. I believe the review was in retaliation since your request for refund was denied since you said the picture in the wall (which was shown on the online listing before you booked this) was offensive; this is a religious painting by a famous Jesuit whose work is renowned internationally in USA and Europe. There are no cameras anywhere inside the property. What you saw in the bedroom is simply a computer monitor as some like to work with dual monitor with their laptop, this is not a recording device. As noted, this home is also used as a personal residence, which is why some owner belongings are stored in clearly designated private closets separate from the guest closet. The refrigerator may contain a few sealed personal items in a separate area, but ample space is provided for guest use. The posting by the front door is a required city-issued permit for short-term rentals. Airbnb/Vrbo hosts are obligated to display this documentation. I genuinely value guest comfort as I offer you and most guests early check-in of more than 8 hours and late checkouts; also feel free to read my Airbnb reviews of the same property in a 5-months span I have over 30 reviews of 5’s and a 4. I continue to refine the listing, so expectations remain clear. Thank you.
