Our family had an amazing stay at this property - it was such a wonderful, real New Yorker experience…not tourists living out of a hotel room. The neighborhood felt safe and there were so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The property is well kept and we had everything we needed (and more!) The kids loved having their own rooms and the master bedroom was gorgeous with a massive bathroom. The beds and linens were soft and comfy and there were plenty of towels. Check in was easy and we got a short intro to the property from the assistant. We didn’t run into any issues we needed to contact anyone about, but I’m sure if we did, they would have been dealt with promptly, as all our previous communications were timely and accommodating. All the tips and pre-check in information provided was detailed and super helpful. Can’t recommend this property enough and I hope we can visit again in the future!
