Villa Oasi on the beach

The Villa is in Pinus Village, a quiet village nestled in a thick pine forest at 42 km far from Cagliari.
From here you can walk to the nearest sandy beach where you can swim in crystal clear waters; You can find Cala Bernardini where you can enjoy unforgettable snorkeling trips. In the evening there is a local restaurant right in front of the beach where with its tasty dishes and the carefree atmosphere you can end your day at the top!

and relaxation, completely immersed in nature but few steps from the
beach, and also close to beautiful places and enchanting beaches like
Chia, Santa Margherita di Pula, Tuerredda and Porto Pino ... this villa
is the best you can find.
Immersed in a tree-lined park on several levels, with a sea view in the
highest part. Green lawn and small relax areas just and exclusively for
you and your family or group of friends.
You can enjoy of a large and comfortable barbecue area in the garden,
with a furnished dinner place under a large gazebo to organize with
every comfort
your outdoor meals, as you can expect in a real holiday home!
The villa, pleasantly and naturally fresh also during summer, is on two
levels: from the garden you can access directly to the kitchen or to the
large living room with sofas and fireplace, fantastic to use in the
cooler seasons.
In the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, a
convenient storage room with a small additional fridge, a very large
bedroom, a the kitchen and the living room.
Also on the ground floor, you can access both to the garden and the
hall, to an outdoor area with two covered showers that also enjoy hot
water. The top!
Going upstairs you'll find 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with two
single sofa beds and a modern bathroom with shower.
Available on request cot/baby crib and extra beds.
The house has no independent parking place but there is a large area
intended for the common parking a few steps from the entrance to the
estate.
