This spacious three-bedroom, four-bath townhome spans more than 3,200 sq ft and features high-end furnishings, curated finishes, and exceptional access to everything downtown Park City offers. With elevator access, seamless indoor–outdoor spaces, and a private hot tub overlooking Main Street, this home delivers comfort, style, and convenience in one of the most sought-after Old Town locations.
Main level living
The open-concept great room overlooks Main Street and features a modern gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and large windows that bring in natural light. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes a gas range, premium appliances, a breakfast bar, and all the essentials needed for meals at home. A semi-formal dining area makes it easy to gather after a day on the mountain.
Step outside to one of two furnished decks for fresh air, mountain views, or a relaxing moment above the energy of Main Street.

Each of the three bedrooms is a private suite, offering comfort and quiet space to unwind.

Guests have use of one assigned stall in the heated underground garage (6'2" clearance). Please do not bring a second vehicle, as no additional onsite parking is available. The home offers both direct entry from Main Street and private elevator access to all levels.
