5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath Large Private Home In Deer Valley Sleeps up to 12! New large Private hot tub with spectacular view.
Tucked in the tranquil neighborhood of Solamere in lower Deer Valley on 3250 Thistle, This spacious property boasts 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and includes two master suites, accommodate up to 12 guests. It has central air conditioning making it the perfect luxury property to host large family or group getaways year-round.
The impressive living room has vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows showcasing the mountain view and includes a fireplace, large sectional sofa, Large 65inch smart flatscreen TV, and wet bar.
Directly off the main level living is a lovely south facing deck with breathtaking views of Deer Valley Ski Resort.

The Kitchen and family room has an open floorplan for great conversations while cooking and meal planning. The family room cubboards are stocked with games and there is also a fireplace and cozy seating with a smart TV. The formal dinning room seats 8 plus there is a kitchen table for 6 in the breakfast area.

BEDROOMS:
Master Suite has a fireplace and smart TV with spectacular views of the mountains. Mater bath has a jetted tub plus a walk-in shower
Second King suite has a smart TV and fireplace with a cozy sitting area plus twin bunk beds for the kids. The connecting privite bath has a sauna steam room plus walk-in shower and bath tub.
Two individual Queen bed rooms with a shared bathroom are on bottom level.
Third queen bedroom on upper level has its own private bathroom.
The centrally located laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer and is fully stocked with laundry detergent for guest convenience.
There is a garage to park one car and a large driveway to accomadate 5 more cars.

New Hot TUB scheduled to be installed by 12/15/2022!!!

While this vacation home is tucked into a quiet lower Deer Valley neighborhood, the location is also convenient and allows for excellent access to skiing the perfectly groomed corduroy slopes at Deer Valley or a few minutes away from Park City Mountain and the shopping, dining and entertainment on Main Street in Old Town Park City and Park City Mountain. A Park City Bus Stop is a mile from the home and provides free bus service from Deer Valley to Woodward and so many destinations in between. Lyft and Uber are also available

Our stay was great, the home was spacious and the host and property manager were very responsive. We had quite a bit of snow one day and the driveway was plowed.

Excellent location and wonderful house

My extended family (12 people) stayed at the house and we had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, 5 minute drive from Main St. and 10 minutes to the Park City resort. The house was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for everyone to relax including two family room areas and plenty of space for everyone to eat between the dining room and kitchen table. We would stay here again!

Well Located and Spacious

Well located and spacious home just minutes from Deer Valley. A little dated as shown in the photos but priced accordingly and clean and well stocked. Perfect for a mixed group as there are multiple living areas. We would stay again. Thanks!

Fantastic location with incredible view. Plenty of space for our family of four, kids’ friends, office for remote work and great decks. While the property is dated, it was very clean with new kitchen appliances. We would definitely stay here again!

Large house in great location

It is a very spacious home which was great for our larger party and was conveniently located just 10 minutes from Main Street and park city mountain. The house itself is very outdated (including all the appliances) and the rooms are very basic. Good option if you're looking for convenient but not fancy.

Beautiful home in scenic location. Unusual floor plan, but lots of room. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony areas. Owner needs to replace the out-dated faucets. The one in the upper master bedroom shower didn't function at all and in the guest room bathroom on that same floor, the cold water faucet didn't work at all (very unsafe for children). Many of the sink faucets were difficult to turn on and then difficult to get them completely turned off. Access to the hot tub is through the master bedroom on the main floor; a bit inconvenient. In spite of that, we made many good family memories here and were glad we stayed in this home. Were it not for the faucets, we could have given this home a 5-star rating.

I would like to point out that the guest never called to complain about the master shower during their stay. It turned out that it was user error. If they had called we could have helped them understand how to use it. We were only notified of the faucet problems after the guest left. It is hard to fix a problem if we are not notified. We called a plumber as soon as we were made aware of the problem and the faucets are being changed out. The guest said you have to go through the master bedroom to get to the hot tub, not true: The Master suite is on the second floor and has a beautiful deck off of it. To get to the Hot Tub from the house, you have to go through the second King bedroom with the bunk beds, or it can be accessed from the front of the house outside. Unfortunately communication from the guest during their stay was non-existing so we could not fix the issues for them.

Great Family Ski Getaway

Our family had a fantastic time at this home! The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing together after a day on the slopes, and the kitchen was adequately stocked for meal prep. The views of the mountains were absolutely stunning, and the location was ideal for easy access to skiing and nearby attractions. Most importantly, everyone had a great time!That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The bathrooms are outdated, with noticeable mildew smells in the showers and older toilets. Towels and comforters needs updating as well. Additionally, the master bedroom lacked closet space, making it difficult to store belongings.Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, we truly enjoyed our stay. The beautiful setting, great family spaces, and overall experience made for a memorable ski vacation. With a few updates, this home would be even better!

Spacious setting for an extended family get together

We really appreciated this property and great communication with the property manager. Overall, we enjoyed our 5 night stay at this property and it was the perfect accommodation for a group of 12, 2 kids and 10 adults. We would stay here again with a group this large. Pros: -Easy checkin, flexible early check in since the property was ready -Great set up of bedrooms and bathrooms: five rooms with very comfortable king/queen beds. Ensuite bathrooms for three rooms, shared bathroom for two downstairs rooms. Everyone appreciated having their own space to retreat to. -Comfortable common areas for people to have smaller gatherings, and cozy kitchen, kitchen dining and family room space for our primary gathering together. -Great location and great views -We had a couple of questions in the course of our 5 night stay and the property manager was highly responsive. We appreciated them greatly. Things to be aware of: -House is on a hill, and driveway is steep - so if there is a lot of snowfall when you are visiting, make sure you have all wheel drive. -The house is not new construction, but it is a very comfortable house that is able to accommodate a large group at a good price point. -Access to the hot tub is through one of the master suites, and the sauna, steam shower are in the master suite bathroom. These are great shared amenities, but it makes the master suite more communal space if these are important amenities for the group.
