We're a small business couple working to create a positive experience for our renters while building our family business. As previous renters, our goal is to foster a trusting relationship with our clients by having well maintained properties, strong communication and ethical/fair business practices. My husbands familiarity with East Texas having lived here his entire life, combined with my nomadic lifestyle living all over the states and world, allows us a unique approach to our rental business.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it is quaint, friendly, clean and relatively safe while being centrally located to everything you could want to do in Tyler in any direction. We love that we can walk to the Grove for live music or over to 12 for a bite to eat or take a quick drive downtown, to the mall, to Sam's Club or to the local park/hiking area.
What makes this property unique
It is one of the few places in Tyler that is truly centrally located. We are surrounded by the 323 Loop, right off Old Jacksonville Rd, the 155 and the 110. On top of that access, we have several "back roads" to avoid traffic to access every direction in Tyler!
