Grand Beach is located just five minutes away from Walt Disney World and close to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and the Orlando Premium Outlet. Adjacent to the property is Lake Bryan where water skiing and other water sports activities can readily be enjoyed. The Falcon's Fire Golf Club is nearby for those who wish to play a few rounds of golf. The Orlando area also is known for its wide array of restaurants, nightlife, and sports venues.
