Look at This! Fun in the Sun for Everyone!

Sweetwater Club is a resort condominium with a variety of activities to suit all ages. The condominium is located off route US192 and minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.

The condominium is privately owned, well-appointed and maintained. It has all the comforts of home, except we will clean after your stay. The condominium features a full kitchen, dining table & chairs, carpeted & ceramic tile floor and a spacious cathedral ceiling living room. The living room and all bedrooms are furnished with its own cable TV. Wireless Internet is included. We also have similar lower floor Unit.

One fully furnished bedroom has a king-size bed with its own bath and walkout balcony. The fully furnished second bedroom has a queen-size and the third bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 3 bedroom and 2 bath condominium will easily accommodate up to 6 people.

A management company is available for assistance during your stay. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. E-mail for additional information and photos.

Very nice condo. It is as advertised. Very large living and dining areas. Bedrooms are very nice. All appliances worked. The entire place was very clean. Good neighborhood. Close to the parks.

Great location. Not very clean.

Really happy with the location of this home but it is run down and not very clean. We spent most of our time at nearby amusement parks so it wasn’t really an issue.

Comfortable and beautiful

The facilities were very nice, the space was great. The beds were very comfortable. When I needed I was able to reach the host or management with no problems or delays. I definitely recommend this location.

Disney Birthday Celebration

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was perfect for four adults and two children. A short and easy drive on the Disney parks and one day we spent at the complex pool and grilled dinner.

Clean, Comfy…Update

We had a comfortable and clean time at this property. The amenities are nice and available. The location was a deal for places to eat and travel.I would highly recommend an update to the bathrooms (old small toilets) and white sheets for all the bedding. It just creates more trust and a better overall feel.Thank you for your hard work and maintenance

Lovely, huge condo

Really lovely stay at this condo! The place was huge and perfect location to get around to everything. Pool was lovely and really close to the condo. Air con worked perfectly and kept us cool. A couple of bits that could have been improved - the dishwasher was full when we opened it to use it for the first time, there was black mould all around the window in the kids bedroom, and an old water bottle left there. Lastly, there was a wasps nest outside the front door - we complained and the host said they couldn't sort for 2 days due to it being Easter. We said we couldn't wait 2 days with a toddler in the house, they said they would sort the next day but the nest wasn't removed until the day after. This didn't affect us as the wasps stayed in their nest but was a bit scary for us having to walk under it every day to get in and out. Other than those bits, we had an amazing stay!

Sweetwater circle condo

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks vacation, the kids loved the apt and didn’t want to leave. It was very spacious, quiet, neat, well put together. I will definitely stay here again. We have no problems with anyone and everyone was very kind and helpful. Thanks to Fay For accepting my booking and giving us the opportunity to enjoy our Disney vacation to the fullest.

Our 3rd Time

This was the 3rd time that we have stayed at this same property over the last few years and we were just as happy as previous visits. For us it's a good location, 15 ~ 20 mins from Disney and 30 mins from Universal (depending on the traffic lights, compared with the UK we seemed to spend a long, long time waiting for red lights to turn green !) The condo is spacious, well equipped and in a quiet location, all at a good price. We will definitely use it again if available for our next visit to Orlando / Kissimmee.

Summer fun

Everything was great. I would recommend better beds in the guest rooms, but master room bed was good. Others were too hard. Mattresses' uncomfortable.

Golf Vrbo

We had always stayed in hotel rooms for our golf trips previously .... Never again . The difference of having your own place was emmence . It was difficult to tell how nice this Condo was going to be and it met and exceeded all of our expectations . Clean , totally appointed condo , in a quiet development . We used the pool and hot tub daily . If it is available for our week next year , we will book !!

Golf trip

WiFi was spotty for five days and TV was on and off for the same amount. Lights were blinking for half the week then everything cleared up. Not sure if it was an outside problem or a property problem. Other then that everything was good

Nice!

Nice condo. The carpet in the living room and master bedroom needs re-stretched so it’s not a hazard for vision impaired and elderly people. The bottom of the front door should also be sealed better as there is a tiny opening where the critters are entering.

The condo was very comfortable and set up nicely. The roaches were a bit much. We took the trash out every day. We didn't leave any food out, put scraps in the fridge. The roaches started out small and got larger each day.

Family vacation.

The location of the property was perfect for the type of vacation we had planned; only 10 minutes from Disney, 25-30 to Universal/Sea World dependent on traffic. The condo was spacious and comfortable with all the equipment we could have wanted. Maybe it could do with a bit of updating in a couple of areas, but in no way did that detract from our experience. I would recommend it to any small or medium sized family who did not need their own pool (the clubhouse pool is 100 yards away and perfectly adequate for most people's needs). Overall it was a very positive experience.

Flight Cancelled

Our flight from UK was cancelled after President Trump banned flights from UK. The owner was good at communicating.. Unfortunately because of late cancellation the whole of our rental payment was not refundable but we are hopeful that our Travel Insurer will reimburse.

Great price but needs some love

It was a great price, and being around 20 minutes from Disney was very convenient for me and my family.The condo needs some TLC for some better cleanup for guests during their stay but was otherwise good. There needs to be more amenities, such as more dish soap and detergent to make the cleaning better for the visit.The condo was very spacious, with comfortable beds and games to enjoy though the area was busy with sirens. Another issue we found during our stay was the loose carpet throughout the rooms, we found ourselves having to deal with this tripping hazard. Though the washer and dryer were a good thing to have, the dryer had to be done with two loads to get the load fully dried before we had to check out.

Unwanted guests

Our stay was ruin because this unit had roaches my family could not sleep well because of tem crawling every where we couldn't even leave our food out for a second because those nasty things would get into our food we did inform the manager and owner and the response was that they had sent an exterminator and it takes time for them to die well we stayed for 2wks and we saw them very much alive I wanted to cancel but I knew I wasn't going to find another place available since we booked this for the 4th of July weekend I don'tlike givingbad reviews but this one I had to roaches are nasty creatures and all i was worried the whole time was bringing them home with us . Other than that the condo was ok.
