Absolute disgrace

Never arrived at such a hovel. Urine stains on beds, Nasal matter on the walls, Black mould. Food stains on main sofas and dining chairs. Wasted half a day trying to sort out alternative accommodation. Travelled 10.000 miles across the world to be greeted by all of that. Oh and the welcome pack for Four of us consisted of a very small carton of milk, small bottle of water, a J cloth and 1 dishwasher tab. No tea or coffee. Absolute disgrace photos available.

Unfortunately due to such high demand at such a busy time of the year the apartment had not been prepared to our normal standard. We were happy that we could upgrade you to another apartment in a close by suburb for the duration of your stay. Best Regards
