Welcome to Casa de Fausto, an exquisite new luxury residence located in the exclusive Las Golondrinas community of Hacienda Pinilla. Just a three-minute walk through a private path to Bonita Beach, this stunning home captures the essence of tropical elegance and indoor-outdoor living.

Designed with both comfort and sophistication in mind, Casa de Fausto features spacious bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms, an impeccably designed kitchen, and open-concept dining and living areas



The Space:

The BBQ area and lounging deck sit beside the spectacular 20-meter private Olympic-style pool, surrounded by lush gardens and tropical tranquility.

At the heart of the home lies an impressive indoor garden, creating a serene connection between modern architecture and nature. The separate guest suite offers complete privacy with its own kitchenette, bathroom, entrance, and parking — perfect as a mini villa for friends or family.

Amazing!!! That’s the most accurate way to start this review as I could see easily write a short thesis of how great everything was about our experience with the property, management team, check-in process, location….we took our family of 6 (my wife and I two teenagers and two adult kids in their late 20’s) and we had the best time we could have hoped for. Joel and his team at Hacienda Pinilla were amazing every step of the way. Their timely snd responsive communication is the best I have seen from any VRBO property I have rented over the last decade making everything so easy and enjoyable. The property itself made us speechless upon arrival and the pictures as nice as they are don’t do the property and location enough justice because it’s 100 times better than what we were expecting. The house is beautiful, spacious, modern and perfectly equipped for a family of 6 as we had a full bedroom to spare. The location was spectacular in terms of its beauty, access to beaches and other top notch amenities like the beach club which was a short golf cart ride away(definitely rent a golf cart, Joel and his team will help you with that). The location was perfect as it was minutes away from beautiful beaches and fabulous restaurants. We have gone to Maui for decades as a family, I will say after this trip we will be spending more time in Costa Rica and likely in this area!!

Beautiful property we had amazing pool days with the kids playing and monkeys in the trees. Transport is needed as not much within walking distance. The isolation is nice and relaxing once you get settled.
