NO smoking is allowed inside units, only outside
NO loud noise, music, car engine revving, or any other noise which can disturb neighbors.
NO illegal drugs. Zero tolerance towards marijuana.

3) Each of the four (4) units have its own private entrance.

4) Unit C is located on the first floor. Unit B, D, and E are located on the second floor.

5) FREE Washer & Dryer. Shared with other guests in a separate building. Please provide your own laundry detergent for personal use.

6) We have other apartments within the same lot — all private and also managed under our VRBO listings. Our neighboring residents live in the apartment buildings located at the rear of the property. To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask all guests to observe Quiet Hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and to follow all house rules regarding noise levels, out of respect for our neighbors.

7) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.
