Welcome to the Houston Wanderlust! You won't find a home with this much luxury & style! This home is a 4-story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and amazing roof top patio views of downtown Houston! Located in the highly popular Montrose neighborhood, you are half-a-mile from everything our wonderful Downtown area has to offer! This space is perfect for groups of 8 or less.

Featuring a 2nd floor open concept kitchen/living space. Our kitchen is fully stocked. Whether you want to make dinner at home or reheat leftovers--we have you covered.

House Layout:
1st Floor: 1st guest bedroom/bathroom.
2nd Floor: Living area, chef's kitchen, dining area, and half bath.
3rd floor: Primary bedroom: One King bed with full bathroom; Bedroom #3: 2 full size beds with full bathroom.
4th Floor: Roof top patio and dry bar.

CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Keyless access.
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

We are located inside of a very small, gated community.

Please do not play loud music after 10:00 P.M.
Please park your vehicle(s) in our 2-car garage or on the street. DO NOT park in the shared driveway.

Great place in Montrose

We stayed at Kris’s place for two nights. Every part of the process was great. The place was clean, spacious, and convenient. We would stay here again.

The property is as described in pictured. I was worried about parking multiple cars, but there’s lots of street parking available. The place is very spacious, clean and comfortable for a group of adults. The host was very responses and attentive before and during our stay.

Great Stay!!

My friends and I had a great stay. The property was clean and met all our needs. The property is located in a great location near plenty of bars and restaurants. We were in towm for Copa America and it was an easy drive to NRG Stadium.

Our kids enjoyed the rooftop patio and fun neon signs. The location was good - lots of restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Check-in, facilities, and proximity to restaurants were very nice. There was a very very loud house party at a nearby different rental, so I’m not sure I’d recommend for a family. Though, it could have just been our bad luck. The garage was not quite big enough for our vehicle so we parked on the street, which was easy enough. Still highly recommend for a group of friends!

Weekend in Houston

Property is exactly as described on the listing. Close and convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Host is very responsive and helpful with surrounding area. If you’re traveling to Houston, this is the place to stay!

Great stay

This is an excellent place to stay. It’s clean and well decorated. A perfect spot for laid back couples and friends. Definitely not the place to have a party. The community is quiet and Chris, the host is very responsive. The rooftop patio is perfect. This place will be my go to when I visit Houston.

Family Stay

Loved the layout and space. Large Townhome. Great general location.Love that each room had it's own bathroom & there was a 2 car garage. Owner good at communicating. Our opinions for areas of Improvement: Unit overall clean; but not detail clean, including: (dusty baseboards & window sills, used cup under couch, general maintenance: numerous marks and scuffs on walls, most millwork is scratched and/or worn, numerous lights didn't work, neon sign broken, carpet coming up in bedroom). Neighborhood dense, adjacent rental units were having parties and may not have been the best fit for a family..

Spacious home in a great neighborhood

My family enjoyed the spaciousness of the house including the roof top deck. Was convenient to everything. Some basic supplies included (soap, shampoo, conditioner). The coffee bar is great. Kitchen isn’t overly stocked so families/groups that want to make meals in the house might be challenged. Overall a good rental.

Staycation

I loved everything about this house! Me and my husband just wanted to a staycation for a few days and this house provided the perfect location. There are so many restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can also see downtown from the rooftop. The rooftop is set up beautifully and it was really nice to sit out there at night. There is plenty of space for a family and yet still feels cozy for just a couple of people. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. I will definitely book again in the future.
