Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The hotel was closed. I had to book with a different hotel. I’ve contacted the third party booking agency. I expect this refunded immediately. I tried to call several numbers. The place was deserted with a sign on the lobby door “closed”. This is simply unacceptable.
