Our stay overall was great! Great location to everything St Louis has to offer and not having to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Less than a block from the Soulard Farmers Market and local shops. If you’re looking for a more laid back local feeling while visiting St Louis, this is a great place to stay!

The parking is on the active street. The couch is old and not clean enough for using comfortably. We laid towels over it. The unit was under a paint operation our whole visit. The painters were at the house working on the exterior at 730 am. The front yard where we parked on the street was dug up while we were there. The location was perfect and the unit was as advertised. The communication was quality and without issue.

Great location. Surrounded by a ton of things to do. Great value for the price. Living room was a bit warmer than the rest of the unit, but the rest of the unit stayed very cool. Loved that out unit had off street parking available as well.Only thing is they may want to add a sign to specify which unit that parking was for.Host communication was very prompt. Really enjoyed our stay.

This place is not very nice at all. The location is sketchy and within 15 mins of being there we heard 3 gunshots. (Being veterans we are clear about the sound of gunfire) the back stairs are creaky and overall we just didn’t feel safe. Did not stay more than 30 mins of our two night stay before getting back in the car and leaving. Do not recommend.

We left this property early and would not stay here again.The air conditioning was not functioning properly, the unit was noticeably and uncomfortably warm, and the HVAC system was making loud abnormal noises. The issue was reported shortly after arrival but was never resolved.The property also had numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues, including a strong marijuana odor upon arrival, dirty floors and bathrooms with visible body hair, food debris in kitchen areas and appliances, damaged fixtures, non-functioning or missing items, burned-out lighting, cigarette burns on bedding, and general signs of poor upkeep. The advertised rooftop deck was substantially different from the expectations created by the listing and raised usability and safety concerns.Most frustrating was the lack of response. Despite promptly reporting the issues and providing extensive photos and videos, we have yet to receive a meaningful response or resolution from the owner or management company.The property and overall experience did not match the expectations created by the listing. Between the HVAC failure, cleanliness concerns, maintenance deficiencies, and lack of customer service, this was the worst VRBO experience we have had.
