Comfortable room in great location in Shinjyuku makes your travel easy. 4-min walk from subway station and close with CVS, pharmacies, restaurants, etc
You can take metro to Shinjuku in 4 mins, or directly walk to Shinjuku in 20 mins.
In the heart of Tokyo, you can feel different from the TV, which is the real life. :)
It a quiet place to relax after a busy day.
You can drop your luggage whenever arriving in or leave. We have the depot in front of the house. Before checking in or after checking out, you can leave the luggage here then walk around leisurely.
It`s private space including kitchen, bathroom and restroom.
4 mins walking to Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome station, from where you can take metro and go to Shinjuku by 4 mins or walking 20 mins you will get Shinjuku too.
Please kindly be advised that please don`t leave the broken luggage in our house as we can`t throw it in the trash car. We have to pay yen$20000 for special cleaning company then they will take out. So if you leave the luggage in our house, we have to charge yen $20000. Please kindly understand. Thank you!!

- Please don`t take away any of the household items after your stay (ex: microwaves, cups, towels, plates, bed sheets, etc..)
- Please make sure your throw your trash away in the right garbage can
- Please don`t leave behind broken luggage (additional 5000 yen will be charge if do so)
- Please inform the owner beforehand if you plan on checking out late. Failure to inform us early will require additional late check out charges for the loss of time the cleaning crew needs to prepare the room for our next guest ( 5000yen per hour your late)
